Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge ( 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix))

Earth work in excavation in trenches, foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) by manual means including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including dumping of excavated earth at suitable site and filling of the same in plinth all as per directions of the EIC. and disposal of surplus earth upto all leads.

Providing and laying of stone solling duly hand packed including all carriages complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) complete job etc.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etcupto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1Cement: 2 fine sand: 4 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc.

Carriage of materials by MT from source to site of work complete job.
