Demolishing and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 metres lead Unreinforced cement concrete up to 15cm thickness
Removing the existing cut stone flooring carefully without damage. The stone should be conveyed and stacked as specified by the department as directed during execution. The rate is including labour charges for removing the slab carefully without damage, loading lifting stacking at site etc., complete as directed during execution.
Earthwork excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all Operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete for finished item of work Ordinary soil-Manual means up to 3m depth
Filling of foundations and basement with best river sand in layers of not more than 15 cms. thick each well watered to saturation and consolidated including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.
Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm ( 0.54 cu.m), 20mm (0.27 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.09 cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cms thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.
Construction of Brick Masonry in CM(1:5) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.
Plastering in Cement mortar (1:5) 12mm thick using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete
Painting two coats for new work with acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter over primer coat of Cement Primer exterior Grade-2 (Total three Coats) of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all opertional, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls
Supply and dressing with hard granite stone slabs for flooring from Mulbhagal quarry including cost and converyance etc., complete with the following specifications, for CUT Stone Flooring 4" Thick,with palamana dressing including Three line dressing. a) The size of the stone slab should not be less than 0.61mx 0.45m(2'-0"x1'-6"). b) The thickness of the stone slabs should not be less than 100mm ( 4") in all sides. c) The top of the slab should be dressed with the following dressings properly. d) All the sides of the slabs should be dressed with following dressing to a depth of 40mm (11/2") from top surface to suit proper alignment and jointing with side slabs. e) The slabs should be laid horizontally and jointed properly to alignment over sand bed (excluding cost of sand bed).cement mortar bed. f) The joint of the slab should not be more than 6mm (1/4" thick).
g) The slabs should be jointed with C.M(1:3) and the mortar should not come over the slab for the above item the rate is including cost and conveyance of all materials to site of work including necessary labour charges, dressing, laying, jointing but excluding cost of sand for bed, the bed will be paid under relevent item .( Cement mortar of 0.005 Cum/ Sqm should be used for joints.)
Palamana dressing including Three line dressing.
Labour charges for re-laying the exiting cut stone flooring as directed during execution. The slab should be laying, jointing and if any dressing and the slab should be jointed with C.M(1:3) and the mortar should not come over the stone slabs flooring, the rate is including conveyance of all materials to site of work, but excluding cost of sand for bed, the bed will be paid under relevent item (Cement mortar of 0.005 Cum/ Sqm should be used for joints)
Supply of Cement mortor (1:5) for bottom of cut stone flooring and Cut stone steps as directed during execution.
Providing and fixing precast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) using not less than M40 grade paver blocks and thickness not less than 80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 of all shapes and designs as per the specification, over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tonne compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as interlocking pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing, bringing required all materials for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.
Note: i. Thickness of interlocking pavers and underlaying sand bed shall be as per the Table 1 of IRC SP:63-2004 based on the traffic and type of road. The data can be worked out accordingly. i.e. 1.Cycle tracks and pedestrain footpaths, 2. Residential streets, 3. Industrial streets, bus and truck parking areas and 4. Arterial streets, etc. ii. The base and sub-base over which interlocking pavers are to be laid shall also be as per the Table 1 of IRC SP:63-2004 based on the traffic and type of road/ground surfaces.
