Earthwork excavation of foundation in hard soil within initial lead & lift including rough dressing breaking of clods and leveling the bed and sides then depositing the excavated earth away from the work site etc. complete T & P required for the work as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand, well watered and rammed to required thickness with all leads and lifts, cost conveyance & royalty and all taxes of materials, cost of labour, T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete (1: 3:6) in foundation using 40 mm size clean hard black hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry mixing with concrete mixture laying mannually including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick to the required level, ramming, watering with cost conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials, cost of labour, T &P and machineries etc curing etc. complete. as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in C.M (1:6) in super structure using C.B. bricks of 9 " size having a crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/sq.cm including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and corbelling, and watering and curing etc. complete including cost conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials with cost of labour, T & P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

R.C.C.M-20 using with 20 mm down graded size crusher broken h.g. chips with rigid smooth centering & shuttering for R..C.C work including cost, convayancy & royalty etc. complete. of approved quality and from approved quarry mixing with concrete mixture & laying mannually including hoisting with and laying concrete in layer not exceeding 15cm in depth to the required thickness and compacting as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including rigid & smooth centering , shuttering , watering and curing for four weeks and finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance, taxes and royalities and taxes of all materials, labour T & P, hire and running charges of machineries required for the work, but excluding cost,conveyance, of M.S/T.S Rods and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying,straightening, cutting, bending, binding, cranking, hooking, and jointing, (if required) the HYSD rod and tying the grills, hoisting and placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and all taxes of HYSD. rods and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with cost of labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

25 mm thick Grading concrete with (1:2:2) over roof slab to proper slope finished smooth including cost of water proof compound with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials with cost of labour and T & P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
