Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mts. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mts. Clear from the enge of the excavation & then retur-ning the stacked soil in 15 cms. Layers, when required into plinths sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layers by ramm-ing & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as dierected within all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1) cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in Foundation & plinth.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:2.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation, footing, bases of columns and the like & mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mes. Thickness)attached pillasters, buttresses plinth, & string courses etc.from top of found. level upto floor two level

Prov.form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thi-ck welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm,so as to give a fair finish i/c centring shuttering, strutting & propping etc. with woo-cen battens & ballies, ht. of propping & centri-ng below supporting floor to ceiling not excee-ding 4.00 mts. & removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thick.) partitions & the like i/c attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses & the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing & the like.

Prov. In RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand)

P/L cement concrete 1:2:4 (1Cement 2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work:

Suspended floor, roofs, landing, balcon-es, beams etc.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding & placing complete upto floor two level.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard, bars, ladders railling, brackets and similar work

Providing & laying in trenches GMS/MS Tubes (M class) tube fitting (Earth work in trenches to be measured & paid for separatly)

Providing & fixing CI Sluice valve Bir/Kartar (with hand wheel) as per IS: 780-1914 class-I upto 300 mm dia. (ic brass spindle & as per 2906-1984 class-II for dia. 300 mm) complete with bolts nuts, rubber insertion etc... (the tail piece of required shall be measured & paid for separatly)

Precast concrete block masonry in partitions walls 10 cm. thick with solid blocks of approved size i/c quion block closer etc. made of cernent concrete 1:3:6(1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal & down gau-ged) in C14 1:3 (1 cement: 3 Sand)

Prov. & placing in horizontal layers of filtering media duly graded, screened, washed& cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge:-

Top layer: Fine sand (Eff.size 0.20 mm to 0.40 mm & uniformity coefficient 2.00 to 3.0)

2nd layer:Coarse sand 3mm to 6 mm

Third layer: Bazri 20 mm to 25 mm.

Fourth layer: Bazri 6 mm to 20 mm

Bottom layer:Broken stone 50 mm
