(i) The bidder shall quote the total lump-sum price for the entire duration of the contract (7 years),exclusive of all applicable duties, levies and statutory charges and exclusive of GST (ii) Price Escalation Clause The quoted rate for year 1 shall remain firm and fixed. After year 1, an annual escalation of up to 10% (Ten percent) on the previous year's rate shall be considered, subject to satisfactory performance and written approval by the authority. No other escalation and price revision shall be admissible during the contract period. (iii) Notes: The financial proposal must be exclusive of GST The bidder shall ensure all operational and maintenance related costs are included, no additional claims shall be entertained later. Minimum License Fee for Year 1 is Rs.8,30,000.00
