Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. and removal of rubbish outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 2Km and stacking of useful bricks/brickbats for reuse or credit, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level), and removal of rubbish outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 2Km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with using retrieved subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from demolition vide srl item No 1.00 here-in-before shall be reused after proper cleaning & washing etc.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 2Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for keyed pointing to brick wall in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken glass coping on top of wall in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing, path and paving laid in alternate panels finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spike rolling to surface or marking impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The Unit rate quoted is included for Demolition of Stone Slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar. Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil after construction work in foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement pre polished concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling old tiles and removal of rubbish outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 2Km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for packing of sides of paver block and chequered tiles including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wooden posts or struts embedded in concrete block of any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturb ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed works as in doors or gates (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and cooler stand and of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc including drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, counter sunk for screw, ending and welding angles, as necessary conforming to Fe-290(Gde 165) including dismantling old, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick, and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc. including dismantling old barbed wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of steel surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling ballies, hard or soft wood, any position, except in posts and struts; including taking out iron straps, bolts and nuts, etc., if any, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings and removal of rubbish outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 2Km, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted Coloured Galvalume roofing system sheet 0.50 mm thick, corrugated sheet having Zinc aluminum alloy coating AZ150 shall be as per IS:277/ASTM 1379 150 gsm/ sqm double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of sheet must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation. (ii) The contractor shall ensured that no leakages take place from the roof. The roofing shall be Coloured Galvalume roofing system (olive green colour or as approved by GE) with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm Total coated thickness (TCT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall conform to the physical specifications of IS: 2062 of 2011, coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium / Zinc alloy coating AZ150 as 150 gm/sq.mt total on both sides. (iii) The painting shall be coloured baked enamel polyester with silicon coating of film thickness 25 microns nominal on the exposed face/exterior side and on the reverse side ( interior face) shall be white with 15 microns film thickness, over a coat of 5 micron nominal thickness Primer. (iv) The contractor shall produce purchase vouchers for each lot for verification of Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- M/s Tata Blue scope/Jindal/Bhusan

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe- 290 (Gde E- 165) , complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 63440.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
