APPROACH ROAD Clearing and grubbing the road land including uprooting Rank vegetation grass bushes shrubs etc complete.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MOSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Providing & laying Granular Sub-Base in layers not exceding 225 mm watering and compacting to required density in O.M.C with Vibratory Roller including hire and running charges of VRR etc complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheeled steel roller8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and chamber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specificarions for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) . Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision) PRIME COAT->

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision). TACK COAT->

Providing,laying and rolling of opengraded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates with batch type hot mix plant and using 60/70 penetration grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a smmoth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades as per clause 511 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge Works(4th Revision). Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06cum of 6.7mm size chips and 6.80kg of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm with 100-120 TPH SEAL COAT ->

RCC work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips incuding watering and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bars reinforcement tying the grills, straighten placing them in position including cost of bindings wire 18 to 20mm gauge including cost of HYSD bar with conveyance and royalty etc. complete and as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-in charge.
