Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in loose/soft soil for removing/laying of pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/materials, not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up CI water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and all lead/Tyton joints including burning out , recovering and removing lead for 250 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up CI water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and all lead/Tyton joints including burning out , recovering and removing lead for 200 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing unserviceable valve pits Construction of brick masonary valve pit in repair of size 1200x1200x1200 mm (Internal dimension) with one brick thick wall in CM (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggs) as in bedding and coping and 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally up to 15 cm below ground level providing valve pit cover made of 3 mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame all round the top fixed by means of 4 Nos hold fast 150 mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 60 mm embeded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggs)of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm including provision of hinges, welded with angle iron frame and MS cover, MS handle of suitable length, and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement with applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc crome primer and necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 21 here-in-before but valve pit of size 900 x900 x 900 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type D2(1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole for supporting of pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix run Lead joint in cast iron pipe 80mm bore(dia.) in position including recovering and taking down old lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix run Lead joint in cast iron pipe 100mm bore(dia.) in position including recovering and taking down old lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix run Lead joint in cast iron pipe 150mm bore(dia.) in position including recovering and taking down old lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix run Lead joint in cast iron pipe 200/250mm bore(dia.) in position including recovering and taking down old lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for attending break down of pipe line brusting/ cracks and including cleaning/ removal earth work excavation / filling of broken pipe piece of various length through gas cutting/ manual cutting as per site requirement and including dewatering through pump complete all as specified and as directed.
