Out sourcing of man power to operate the DG Sets of different capacity round the clock including Sunday and Holidays in 03 Shift (01 Operator Semi Skilled for 8 Hrs in each shift) installed 01 No DG set of capacity 125 KVA at MES IB and 01 No DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA at Konark hut and proper operating of DG sets and LT panels as per duty instructions including security of Installation, cleaning of installation premises and routine maintenance of DG set and batteries .

All as per Item No 1 above but in 01 Shift (01 Operator Semi Skilled for 8 Hrs in each shift) installed 01 Nos DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA at 10 Para SF Unit Army Area Jodhpur.

All as per Item No 1 above but in 03 Shift (01 Operator Semi Skilled for 8 Hrs in each shift) installed 01 Nos DG set of capacity 50 KVA at 71 WEU unit Army Area Jodhpur.

All as per Item No 1 above but in 02 Shift (01 Operator, Semi Skilled for 8 Hrs in each shift) installed 01 No DG set of capacity 125 KVA at HQ JOSA Jodhpur.

All as per Item No 1 above but in 02 Shift (01 Operator Semi Skilled for 8 Hrs in each shift) installed 01 No DG set of capacity 160 KVA at 12 Corps HQ Jodhpur. Operator will also operated the water supply pump set with in premises.

All as per Item No 1 above but in 02 Shift (01 Operator Semi Skilled for 8 Hrs in each shift) installed 02 Nos DG sets of capacity 180 KVA and 500 KVA at Konark auditorium. Note for Item No 1 to 6:- (i) The contractor will provide proper uniform to the staff (ii) In case any problem noticed in installation, the same will be immediately informed to the JE E/M / AGE E/M – I (iii) The operator will ensure proper running of DG Sets and routine checkup of water level, oil level, battery condition etc. and operator will perform the as per direction of Engr – in – Charge (iv) Log sheet as per proforma approved by the department for DG Set will be provided by the contractor and operator will ensure to maintain the log sheet on daily basis and submit the same to the concern JE E/M at the end of each month. (v) Complete DG Set including Battery and LT Panel in working condition shall be handed over to the contractor by the department at the time of commencement of work and same will be returned by the contractor to the department in working condition after completion of work. (vi) Proper hygiene condition will be maintained by the operator in the installation. (vii) Schedule “B” store i.e. DHPP and Engine Oil shall be issued from the store of AGE E/M – II under GE (A) Utility as directed. (viii) Contractor is responsible to collect the Sch “B” items from the POL store of AGE E/M – II for incorporation in the work under this contract. (ix) The outsourced staff for each shift shall be performed the duty for 8 Hrs only. No staff shall be performed the duty more than 8 Hrs/day. (x) All out sourced staff shall be performed the duty for 6 days/week and will get 01 day weekly holiday without wages on the basis of No work No pay. (xi) Contractor shall pay the wages as due to out sourced staff on monthly basis to the bank account and bank statement have to be submitted to the department on monthly basis (xii) Contractor shall be produced the following documents of our sourced staffs to the department for verification and approval:- (a) Residential certificate (b) Adhaar Card (c) Technical qualification and experience certificate (d) Individual photos (e) UAN No linked with individual Adhaar Card and mobile No (xiii) Out sourced staff shall not be engaged in more than one manning contract and a suitable certificate shall have to be obtained from individual and deposit to the department. (xiv) Contractor shall be paid the minimum wages to the deployed as per the categories as mentioned in Sch “A” and P S and also pay the entitled EPF of Employer share and EPF of Employed share and the amount of same shall be deducted from employees wages. Wages and EPF shall be paid/ deposited as per norms of Central government and as amended time to time and contractor also liable to produce to the department on monthly basis of all chalan/ receipt as a proof after making the payment and EPF. (xv) No payment shall be made to the contractor without producing all proof/statement of monthly wages and EPF. (xvi) contractor shall be issued necessary tools and safety kits as per mandatory requirements. (xvii) Contractor shall be prepared duty roster and attendance register on monthly basis installation wise and submitted to the department. (xviii) Contractor shall be made all D G set installations presentable during the whole contract period and ensure better attention during inspection/ visiting of superior officers (xix) Contractor shall be ensure the duty of D G sets during extreme condition like emergency/ lockdown. Contractor shall be take responsibility to arrange the operating of D G sets as per CA clause with all facilities all as directed .

Taking down engine starting unit from DG set checking the serviceability duration to withholding the charging and dry cell. Supply and fixing Engine starting unit Ultra plus with SMPS charger maintenance free system of 24 Volts 32 AH, Cat part No – AX1013235, Make – Cummins Pulse

M & L for periodically maintenances/ servicing and repairs to DG Set of 500 KVA & 625 KVA capacity, make – Cummins as per prescribed in repairs and maintenance including fixing / replacement of spare parts (if required) specified in relevant items here in after checking and servicing/ repairing & maintenance of following:- (i) Battery charging system , level up Electrolite and specific gravity. (ii) Leakage in fuel lines & connections of fuel pump (iii) Leakage of Lub. Oil and cooling system, hose pipe & connection, belts tension, fan hub drive pully and water pump and cleaning of water separation and cooling system. (ii) condensate trap. Repair of leakage/ maintenance of water cooling system. Cleaning of radiator by draining out of Coolent, checking of all hose pipes, nut & bolts and tightening properly including checking of leakages all as directed by Engr – in – Charge. (iii) Reset the complete switches in automatic lighting connection. (iv) Cleaning of complete D G Set, check and tightening of all nut & bolts including replacement of U/S parts , oiling/ greasing of all movable parts and unusual vibration. (vii)Leakage in exhaust system and exhaust restriction, drain out Condensate trap. Repair of leakage/ maintenance of water cooling system. Cleaning of radiator by draining out of Coolent, checking of all hose pipes, nut & bolts and tightening properly including checking of leakages all as directed by Engr – in – Charge. (viii) Reset the complete switches in automatic lighting connection. (ix) Cleaning of complete D G Set, check and tightening of all nut & bolts including replacement of U/S parts , oiling/ greasing of all movable parts and unusual vibration. (x) Check all electrical connection of alternator and & control wiring Complete. (xi) Check all earthing connection of DG Set, repaired if required (xii) Drain out old used engine oil from the DG Set cleaning the sump Properly including opening of “B” check kit. Supply and filling of Engine Oil 15W40 or as recommended by the manufacturer, Qty of Engine Oil 75.0 Ltrs for each DG Sets (Approx) or as sump capacity. (xiii) Opening of all filters such as diesel filters, oil filters, Air filter and other required items removing from the D G Set installation. Supply and fixing and testing after replacement of the following spares: ( Xiv) Testing the D G Sets after completion of work. Note:- Replacement of required spare parts will be measured and paid separately.
