RequiredViolation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class / Suspension of business / Removal from approved list as per GOs in Vogue

RequiredThe Contractor who awarded the work should conclude the agreement within the 7 Days of Tender Opening Date otherwise the tender will be cancelled without any information to the agency/Contractor.
