sprays, room fresheners etc. & other cleaning and petty material

Facade Cleaning, UG/OH tank Cleaning and other cleaning items as

specified in scope of work in tender document or as per the entire

satisfaction of Engineer-In -Charge.

Carrying out day to day horticulture maintenance works by

providing gardeners/Mali on shift basis to carry out Complete

maintenance of the entire Horticulture features in NBCC Impreria

i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, creepers etc. including

hoeing, pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering,

mowing of lawn, clipping of hedge, removal of garden waste,

applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizer (whenever required) top

dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of

other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge.All

required tools and plants to be provided by the agency. The

manpower to be supplied in shifts for 8 Hrs. ( 3 unskilled Gardener/

Mali= 1 Shift) (Note:- Good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide

pesticide etc . to be paid separetely on production of certified bills

Manpower for operation, service maintenance, repair, refit and

upkeep of all electrical internal & external installations, Lights,

panels, switch boards etc, all electrical installations and features,

HT and LT panel, Fire alarm System at NBCC Imperia,

Bhubaneswar on daily basis i/c holidays etc complete as per terms

4 and conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer -in- 624 Shift ₹ 1,595.00 ₹ 9,95,280.00

Charge. Weekly preventive maintenance shall be carried out by

deploying a full team on Sundays to check each & every electrical,

fire fighting, fire alarm, and maintain the required record/log book.

The manpower to be supplied in shifts for 8 Hrs. ( 1 skilled

electrician + 1 unskilled helper 1 Shift)

Carrying out Operation & service maintenance of HVAC System, 02

nos. 2500 KVA transformer, 4 No 1010 KVA DG sets, 2 nos 500

KVA DG sets, VCB Breaker Panel, all HT & LT Installations, Fire

alarm system, etc at NBCC Imperia Bhubaneswar, incl. scope of

work (with preventive maintenance ) complete with all materials i/c

Mobil oil, grease like consumebls etc. as directed by EIC by

engaging manpower. (HSD shall be supplied by the contractor from

authorized distributor and same shall be reimbursed to contractor

upon production of original bill as required). Monthly preventive

maintenance shall be essentially carried out by deploying a full

team on Sundays to check each & every electrical, fire fighting, fire

alarm,DG Set, HVAC system, AC Installations, pumps etc and

maintaining required the record/log book.The manpower to be

supplied in shifts for 8 Hrs. ( 1 skilled

electrician/Fitter/Mechanic/Technician + 1 unskilled helper= 1

Carrying out Annual Maintenance Contract of 8 Nos of Lifts

installed at NBCC Impreria, Commercial Complex, Bhubaneswar.

J3439, L-J3440, L-J3441, L-J3442 of Johnsion make. Tower -L-11

floors and Tower-II 13 floors.

Carrying out day-to-day Plumbing/WTP/STP maintenance works as

per the scope of work by engaging labour as per the direction of

EIC ( including all tools & plants). Monthly preventive maintenance

shall be essentially carried out by deploying a full team on Sundays

like torch, lathi and uniform etc. complete, as per the direction of

Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The foreman must be qualified from the reputed

institution to attend the fire fighting and fire alarm. (If major fault

or any problem will occure due to any other reason, need to repair

or replace from out side, that will not include in this scope).
