Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of 500 HP / 375 kW Soft Starter Panel suitable for LT squirrel-cage induction motor for pump application, operating on 415 V ±10%, 50 Hz, 3-phase AC supply, suitable for continuous duty. Providing and fixing single core flexible PVC insulated unsheathed industrial multistrand cables FRLSH with bright annealed electrolytic bare copper conductor for voltage grade upto 100V confroming to IS-694:2010/IS 17048 from starter to motors complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts and to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing, supplying and fixing Aluminium Unarmoured power cable of single core suitable size and capacity to main electrical panel as per IS:1554:(P-1) 1988 or latest with up to date ammendments of reputed make including all other accessories such as thimble, flexible pipe, solder, nuts and bolts, cable glands etc. laid 1 meter below ground.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity MCCB in the existing panel board including drilling holes in the cubical panel, making connections, Cable Termination etc as required complete in all respect. 800 Amp - 65KA Make :- Havells. L&T or Eq.

Service and Repair of 1000A, 1250A and 1600A Air circuit breakers. Clean and lubricate all mechanical linkages. Inspect all breakers, remove all covers and arc extinguishing shields, inspect for damage, wear and deterioration, clean and lubricatre as required. Check, clean and dress (if required) the main contacts, clean all covers and arc shields as required complete in all respect. Work will be carried out by authorized service personnel of the Air Circuit Breaker OEM including Testing, commissioning and certification . Warranty of the ACB shall be maintained as per OEM standards

Supplying, Erection, Installation and commisiong of Maintainance free Chemical earthing system consisting of enviorment friendly ground enchancing compound 'G.E.C.' 25kg or as required at site having anticorrosive and hygroscopic properties to replace excavated soil. It should consist of Copper bonded electrodes, as per conditions and soil resistivity at various depth levels and different terrains. The electrodes should be pure copper bonded, 2 meter length, 25mm diameter and terminal joints with exothermic welds. Earth pit cover heavy duty made of PVC with a opeanable lid for periodic inspection of earth pit including excavation of 2 meter deep hole for earthing and filling it again with the soil excavated as required complete in all respect.

Supplying and laying 50x5mm GI strip at 0.50mtr below ground as strip earth electrode, including connections/termination with nuts,bolts,washers etc as required(jointing shall be done by overlapping and with nuts and bolts) complete in all respects.
