Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Successful Bidder Must Submit Agreement on rs100 Stamp Paper Incorporating Detailed Scope of Work. Stamp Paper Duly Notarized Along with list of Work details list of work which including Clearing of waste from drains and roadside, Road Cleaning, Desilting of storm water drains, Excavation for new drain construction, drainage cleaning, clearing of garbage dumping points, other all kind of JCB/Tractor works assigned by Grama Panchayath

Service Provider Shall Submit Turnover Certificate for Last Two Financial Years 2024-25 & 2025-26 Duly Certified by Chartered Accountant with UDIN

Acceptance or rejection of any or all tenders shall be at the sole discretion of the Employer without assigning any reason.
