Removing the existing unserviceable cane plastic from chair verandah and removing dirt and rust from conduit frame with emery paper, cleaning the surface smooth and painting of frame with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint including supply and recanning with 3 to 3.5mm wide white plastic cane in mat pattern as per drawing FD-19(M) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing the existing unserviceable cane plastic from chair CB tubular steel with arms, supply and recanning with 2mm wide white plastic cane half round shape in godrej pattern and bordering with 3mm plastic cane all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No 2 above, but chair CB tubular Steel without arms

M&L for removing unserviceable rubber shoes from chair varandha/chair steel tubular with arms/without arms, Teapoy Garden/varandha, supply and fixing new hard rubber shoes 19mm dia of approved quality all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing unserviceable CP handles from almirah large /medium /1/2H x 1/2 SH steel and replacing with new CP handles including screw/ washers for fixing as required all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling damaged locks for almirah large/medium steel, supply and fixing new locks of approved quality all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of shelves, legs, and doors of almirah large / medium /1/2H x 1/2 SH with nuts and bolts or welding (Gas welding) and touch up with synthetic enamel paint OG colour where necessary all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacing unserviceable seat of chair tubular steel (with or without arm) with new seat made out of 2nd class hard wood frame fillets duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black colour over a coat of pink primer, fixed with 4 Nos of screw type nuts and bolts by making holes etc. complete including canning with 2 mm wide white plastic cane half round shape in godrej pattern and bordering with 3 mm thick plastic cane all as specified and directed

Joining/fixing by gas welding the detached broken joints of steel railing of tables, chair tubular, chair verandah, foam with and without back, frames of chairs, shelving / stores of steel almirah etc, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing exciting damaged rod for almirah med steel and S&F new locking rod all as specified and directed

All as per ser No 20 above, but almirah steel large all as specified and directed

M&L for replacing unserviceable aluminum hasps and staples 100 mm long of locker bed side steel/wooden including necessary fixing screws all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacing unserviceable aluminum door handle 100 mm long of locker bed side steel including necessary fixing screws all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacing the unserviceable SS hinges 75 mm long of locker bed side steel including necessary fixing screws all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacing the damaged supporting leg of almirah steel large / medium / small made out of MS sheet 1mm thick, fabricated including necessary welding bar brazing and touching up with synthetic enamel paint OG color over a coat of red oxide zinc chronic primer all as per drawing, as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing unserviceable top of table steel size 900 mm x 900 mm and S & F table top pre-laminated particle board one side teak face exterior grade with 18 mm thick with 4 mm thick teak wood edging all-round and including removing old existing legs and re-fixing after repairs and replaced all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 26 above, but table of size 900 mm x600 mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing existing unservicable broken/rusted long rail of charpoy GI pipe threaded both ends and supply and fixing of new long rail of GI pipe 32mm dia medium grade ISI marked complete duly threaded both ends all as per drawing No FD 220, as specified and as directed.

Converting retrieved long rail obtained from item No 30 above, into short rail and making threads at both ends as per drg and replacing existing unsrviceable short rail of Charpoy GI pipe with the converted short rail all as per drawing No FD 220, as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing unservicable check nut 32mm bore and supply and fix new check nut 32mm bore 6mm thick as shown on drawing (Drg No FD-220), as specified and as directed.

Tightening of all loose joints of charpoy GI pipe (Drg No FD 220 ) all as per drg and as specified

M&L for removal of unserviceable ply wood bed in any position, S&F new 12mm thick ply wood, BWR grade, ISI marked of size 1980mm x 900mm including fixing in same position all as shown on drawing with suitable size screws & cup washers complete all as specified and directed.
