Reinforced cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( one cement , two sand and four coase aggregate) using 20 mm hard granite brocken stone for foundation of parapet walls , curbs of foot path including all form work , cost of materials , all labour charges , watering , curing , etc. complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement as pe the drawing and directions of the departmental officers at site.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3(one cement , three sand) 9 mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth for parapet wall, planters and lamp posts including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, watering ,curing etc complete as per the proposed deisgn and directions of the departmental officers at site

Supplying and fixing interlocking cement paver blocks of departmental choice 75mm/63mm thick or nearest available size, made of good quality materials over a 50mm thick bed of 6mm metal including transportation and laying charges, including preparation of base course by compacting using hand operator or other suitable means ,cost of materials ,labour charges , hire charges of machinery etc complete as per the directions of the departmental officers at site

Supplying , fixing and laying designer tiles of best quality and of departmental choice for external use as nosing tiles along the path way over a bed of cm 1:4 15mm thick one coat plastering and pointing with coloured cement etc, cost of materials ,labour charges , hire charges of machinery etc complete as per the directions of the departmental officers at site

Supplying , fixing granite polished slabs 18mm thick of departmental choice colour to match the tiles over a bed of cm 1:5, 15mm thick one coat plastreing adding necessary pure cement grout for proper binding of the tiles to mortar including polishing with machine three coats to finish acid finishing ,mansion polishing etc,complete as per the directions of the departmental officers at site

painting priming coat on new work after rubbing with sand paper and cleaning the surface as per the directions of the departmental officers at site

painting the parapet walls , hand rails etc, two coats with antifungal/ weather proof acrylic paint like APEX or equivalent quality paint as specified by the department two coats after cleaning the surface including all cost and conveyance of materials to site all labour charges etc,. as per the directions of the departmental officers at site

painting two coats of synthetic oil based enamel paint of approved quality and colour of departmental choice over two coats of zinc chromate priming coat on new iron work (on RTHS) after rubbing with emery paper and cleaning the surface including all cost and conveyance of materials to site all labour charges etc,. as per the directions of the departmental officers at site

Supplying and fixing 75mm dia PVC pipes 8kg-f/cm2, min.2.35m long or suitable size as the case may be with 150mmx150mm or nearest size Cast iron gratings for draining out rain water from the road surface including all cost and conveyance of materials to site all labour charges etc,. as per the directions of the departmental officers at site

Supplying and laying HDPE pipes of OD 160mm/ID 135mm including end cap and bends and jointing of pipes for laying electrical cables and PVC conduit connection to the lamp posts etc. including all cost , conveyance , labour charges for fabrication, errection etc complete for fixing lamp posts as per directions of the departmental officers at site
