SCHEDULE A CIVIL WORKS Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ verticle surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.and prepare the surface to receive tiles including brushing neat cement slurry at the rate 3Kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured/ digital print tiles size (300 x 200 mm/ 300 x 450 mm, 6 to 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed. ( screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).

Supply and fixed in repairs vitreous china wash basin (WHB) , white , flat back , size 550 mm x 400 mm (1st quality) including brackets, waste fittings , brass Chromium plated for glazed basins etc. with long screw shanks and fly nuts , flange end embedded in red lead cement , including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but but incl providing brackets, waste pipe & CP waste coupling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs pillar taps, fancy type, cast copper alloy , with capstan heads, chromium plated , screwed down for 15 mm bore pipe,high pressure , with or without l'ettered ' 'HOT' or 'COLD' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts , screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs PTMT connections 15 mm size with PVC nuts of length 450 mm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Towel Rail 450mm long of PTMT fixed with and including Chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats .(Minimum weight 170gms complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch handle, screwed for 15 mm bore dia. iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down for 15 mm bore dia. pipe, high pressure, with crutch handle , screwed externally both ends for unions etc. and fixed complete all as specified

Supply and fixing of stop valve 15 mm dia CP fancy type, with long shank and cup (concealed type) cast copper alloy, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases in brick work, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades,shelves, lintels,etc; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc.,and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs of grating doom 100 mm dia of PTMT (Minimum weight 25gms) complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs low level flushing cistern (dual-flush), 9-10 litres capacity ISI marked embossed moulded from virgin poly propylene including flush pipe and brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing and removal of unserviceable pipe from work site,15 mm bore dia all as specified.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position ( walls, ceiling , floors, etc.)15 mm nominal bore dia, including new fittings complete all as specified ( Note:- Refixing means including cleaning down existing pipes and fittings. )

Taking down eaves gutters and AC/PVC/CI soil pipes ( any size or pattern) , including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., including cleaning for refixing or removal to store ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings).

Supply and fixed 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed ISI marked IS-13592, type 'B' in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) branch piece, single ‘Y‘ equal or unequal complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore complete all as specified

Supply and fixed PVC ( SWR) junction single , ( Single T) equal or unequal 110 mm bore with access door complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed cast iron nahani/floor trap, plain with PVC grating including jointing with solvent cement cement concrete/cement mortar 1:3, 100 mm dia. outlet complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed vitreous China white Squatting pan ,'Orissa' pattern size 580 mm x 440 mm with integral footrests water closet) with 'P' or 'S' trap front or back inlet complete including lime concrete for bedding, connection to drain pipe and to flushing pipe , anti syphonage pipe etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs of Vitreous China bowl urinal flat back, size of 465x355x265 mm White ( minimum) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding the urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement and providing grating and union for discharge pipe including 32mm bore PVC discharge pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 8 mm to 9 mm thick vitrified ceramic (square/rectangular) coloured polished tiles, (1st quality) area of each tiles not exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for 8 mm to 9 mm thick vitrified ceramic (square/rectangular) Coloured polished tiles, (1st quality) area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm, as in verticle surface etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over 10 mm thick screeding in CM 1:3 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete type M-25, Design Mix (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast poles, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, aaverage sectional area exc 100 and n exc 250sq.cm. With or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, roundd or mitred tops complete all as specified. Note : Design Mix shall be as per approved Design Mix of CWE/CE's running contracts.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars (TMT) 8/10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars (TMT) 6 mm dia round bar, cut to length, bent to shape required as in ribs , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel Galvanised, (hot dipped galvanised) 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( each line wire to be measured) all as directed.

Supply only 3.7 mm dia galvanised steel wire, (Hot dipped galvanised), 100 mm x 100 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, all as specified. Note: Weight of Chain link shall be verified by BOO.

Fixing only chain link fencing to post old and new including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild screw bolts ( Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15 but n exc 22.5 cm long and 12 mm dia. of shank complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and above, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending , hooping ends as horizontal runner(tie) to fix chain link fencing, etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surafces of wall and applying three coats of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exc.10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/mass concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, having compressive strength 75Kg sqcm, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement based primer, white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying wall care white putty thickness not less than 2mm and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement based primer, white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Supply and fixed mild steel framed work such as grills , gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ; walk ways ; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.
