Engaging Consultant

a) The Bidder as single entity should have involved in Project Management Consultants (PMC) with minimum 5(five) years of experience as on the date of notice inviting tender in providing consulting services in consultancy sector for master planning and infrastructure projects.

The Bidder should have experience of at least 2 (two) consultancy project for preparing GIS based land use plans, master plan for State/ Central Clients.

The Bidder should have experience of at least 2 (two) consultancy project for preparing GIS based land use plans, master plan for State/ Central Clients.- The study must have covered an area of at least 100 acres

Team Leader and Infrastructure Expert-Upon meeting minimum qualification (as detailed in clause 5.3.1) Relevant work experience 2 marks each for each projects up to 3 projects involving preparation of GIS based masterplan/Infrastructure Plan as Team Leader,Mandate one of the project should include include Water Bodies/Lakes

Urban Planning Expert,Upon meeting minimum qualification (as detailed in clause 5.3.1) ,Relevant work experience 2 marks each for each projects up to 2 projects

Environmental Planner,Upon meeting minimum qualification (as detailed in clause 5.3.1) - 1 mark,Relevant work experience 2 marks each for each projects up to 2 projects

GIS Expert-Upon meeting minimum qualification (as detailed in clause 5.3.1) 1 mark,Relevant work experience 2 marks each for each projects up to 2 projects
