Selection of Agency for providing vehicle on Hire basis to OPGC

Hiring of Vehicle with driver on Monthly Hire Basis in Bhubaneswar-Cuttack twin city jurisdiction

Compact Sedan (5 Seater, AC) petrol vehicle [Charges per vehicle per month] Running Kilometer shall be calculated as actual Kilometer run from OPGC Corporate office and back/pickup point to drop out point at same location with additional maximum 10 Kilometer per day for to & fro garage travel duly certified by the Travelling person/OIC. Fuel & Engine oil cost for actual KM run shall be reimbursed as per clause 1.0 (i) of Annexure-A. Night halt charges of INR 350.00 per night shall be paid additionally for out station tour involving night halt.

SUV/MUV (7 Seater, AC) petrol/diesel vehicle [Charges per vehicle per month] Running Kilometer shall be calculated as actual Kilometer run from OPGC Corporate office and back/pickup point to drop out point at same location with additional maximum 10 Kilometer per day for to & fro garage travel duly certified by the Travelling person/OIC. Fuel & Engine oil cost for actual KM run shall be reimbursed as per clause 1.0 (i) of Annexure-A. Compact Sedan (5 Seater, AC) petrol vehicle [Charges per vehicle per day] Running Kilometer shall be calculated as actual Kilometer run from OPGC Corporate office and back/pickup point to drop out point at same location with additional maximum 10 Kilometer for to & fro garage travel duly certified by the Travelling person/OIC. Only fuel cost for actual KM run shall be reimbursed as per clause 1.0 (i) Table-B of Annexure-A.

SUV/MUV (7 Seater, AC) petrol/diesel vehicle [Charges per vehicle per day] Running Kilometer shall be calculated as actual Kilometer run from OPGC Corporate office and back/ pickup point to drop out point at same location with additional maximum 10 Kilometer for to & fro garage travel duly certified by the Travelling person/OIC. Only fuel cost for actual KM run shall be reimbursed as per clause 1.0 (i) Table-B of Annexure-A.

Hiring of Vehicle with driver on KM basis (Journey beyond 200 KM)

SUV/MUV (7 Seater, AC) petrol/diesel vehicle [Charges per vehicle per KM] Actual KM run shall be calculated from pickup point and back to same location with additional maximum 10 Kilometer for to & fro garage travel duly certified by the Travelling person/OIC. Period of journey/Travel time shall be calculated from Pickup time and back to same location with additional 30 minutes for to & fro garage travel time. Agency shall be paid a fixed charge of INR 700.00 for every twelve (12) hours or part thereof for the period of journey in addition to the ordered per KM charge. No additional Fuel & Engine oil cost for actual KM run shall be reimbursed.

Hiring of Vehicle for Pickup/Drop out service in Bhubaneswar-Cuttack twin city jurisdiction

Compact Sedan (5 Seater, AC) petrol vehicle [Charges Per Vehicle Per Instance] Running Kilometer shall be calculated as actual Kilometer run from pickup point to drop out point duly certified by the Travelling person/OIC. No additional Km shall be provided for to & fro garage travel. Maximum travelling distance from pickup point to drop out point shall be within 30 Km and the maximum travelling time shall be three (3) hours. No additional Fuel & Engine oil cost for actual KM run shall be reimbursed.

No additional Fuel & Engine oil cost for actual KM run shall be reimbursed.
