Civil works for the construction of 11kv Feeders River cross Gantry of Receiving Station Saloora

Earth Work excavation in foundation for all kinds of soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including disposal of excavated soil upto lead of 50 mtr and backfilling of 70% of excavated soil including, Spreading, ramming, levelling etc. the excavated soil into the left over Cavity of cable trenches, earth mat cess-pits, ditches etc. after the completion of work.

Providing & laying of stone soling in level including carriage.

Providing & laying in position cement conc. of specified grade excld. Cost of centering & shuttering- all work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size (Crushed)

Providing & laying in position Reinforced cement conc. of specified grade excld. Cost of centering & shuttering- all work upto plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size (Crushed) M-15 Grade RCC

Reinforcement for RCC work incld. straightening, cutting, bending, placing in positions and binding all complete (T.M.T).

Centering & shuttering incld. strutting, propping etc. & removal of form for:-

12 mm thick cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Providing and fixing of GI angle iron of different sized from 75x75x6-5mm to 50x50x6-5mm and GI bolts of sorts including cutting, drilling, welding, fastening with GI bolts of sorts as per design requirement complete job. As directed by site incharge and design

Providing and fixing of GI 8 swg Guard netting wire in mesh of 6 wire with mesh and allied accessories for river cross conductor complete job.

Providing and applying of redoxide 2 coats and 3 coats of aluminium paint on angle iron gantry structure including scrubbing, removal of dirt and dust from surfaces before applying paint complete job.

Providing and applying of aluminium paint 2 coats on angle iron gantry structure including scrubbing, removal of dirt and dust from surfaces before applying paint complete job

Providing and fixing of Rubble stone wall in alternate 2 layers covered with 6Swg GI interlinked chain link around the Gantry foundation near river bank.

Providing and fixing of 6-8Swg interlinked GI chain link fencing for Rubble stone works in two alternate layers around the gantry foundation (in the form crates)

Providing and fixing of 12mm dia having lifting load capacity of 1-5 ton multi stranded flexible with high tensile strength rope/sling along with fixture of steel clamps etc. including tightening, cutting, etc with gantries complete job

Providing and fixing of steel Bottle/normal GI turn buckle 6mm thick and 50-75mm bottle dia with allied accessories having a lifting capacity of more than 3 Ton.

Carriage of all materials required for construction from source upto site of work both mechanical as well as head load if any
