REPAIR TO FENCING, FOOT PATH , CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES, MANHOLES AND MISC WORK IN TECH AREA UNDER AGE B/R-II AT AF STN JODHPUR

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling mild steel work as in chain link fencing mesh and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each hole not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and remvoing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surfaces in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Rolled mild steel work Fe 410 -W (Grade E- 250) quality A, as in fencing posts with or without Y/U/Swan Neck made of angle or other section, made to shape complete, welding, drilled for fixing or holding of barbed wire or concertina coil , etc. to be prepared for hanging or steel hanging fittings; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for mild steel work Fe-290 Grade E-165, as in flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh , chain link fencing etc, Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, and screwing etc. or securing bolts; complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PVC coated galvanized iron chain link fencing, made of GI wire dia not less than 3 mm, and minimum dia 4.5 mm after PVC coating, having 50mm x 50mm mesh size including line wire, any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provission of binding wire, fixed as knuckled type complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing galvanised Iron (Hot dipped) steel punched type concertina coil of 1050 mm dia (Dia of coil unstratched) and fixed to angle iron posts/struts/swan necks with 3.15 mm dia GI wire including dismantling old unserviceable/rusted concertina coil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width and girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cleaning/clearing of blocked under ground sewage lines 100 to 150 mm dia, any description and in any position, any depth, by taking out loose sediment sand, grit, ash, sludge, rags, fibres, vegetation etc by rodding/ any mechanical means, from one manhole to next manhole and washing throughout with fresh water including removing all sludge from the sewage lines in covered vans, trolley and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: The location at out side MOD land for disposal of foreign material, sludge obtained above shall be located by the contractor at their own cost.

Material & labour for cleaning/clearing of blocked under ground sewage lines 200 to 300 mm dia, any description and in any position, any depth, by taking out loose sediment sand, grit, ash, sludge, rags, fibres, vegetation etc by rodding/ any mechanical means, from one manhole to next manhole and washing throughout with fresh water including removing all sludge from the sewage lines in covered vans, trolley and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: The location at out side MOD land for disposal of foreign material, sludge obtained above shall be located by the contractor at their own cost.

Cleaning of manhole of any description & size, not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, including lifting up and removing sludge and any other foreign material with vehicle mounted sludge sucker and washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge including removing all sludge from the sewage lines in covered vans, trolley and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: The location at out side MOD land for disposal of foreign material, sludge obtained above shall be located by the contractor at their own cost.

Cleaning of manhole of any description & size, exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, including lifting up and removing sludge and any other foreign material with vehicle mounted sludge sucker and washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge including removing all sludge from the sewage lines in covered vans, trolley and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: The location at out side MOD land for disposal of foreign material, sludge obtained above shall be located by the contractor at their own cost.

Removing blockage of soil/waste pipe of any dia and cleaning the lines in between "Floor/Nahani trap to Gully trap and upto first man-hole" by mechanical means and washing down with fresh water including removing all sewage sludge from the sewage lines and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed

Removing blockage of soil/waste pipe of any dia and cleaning the lines in from "WC to 1st manhole" by mechanical means and washing down with fresh water including removing all sewage sludge from the sewage lines and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material and labour for preparaton of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, noulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc, washing, and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer white or tinted complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Provision of labour for bailing out the water from the Static Water Tank (SWT) of dia exceeding 3.0 metre but not exceeding 7.0 metre and depth not exceeding 3 metre and carrying out, cleaning, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc from the walls and floor of Static Water Tank by scraping with the scrapers or iron wired brushes or by mechanical means and taking out liquid and sludge, solid contents from Static Water Tank (SWT) either manually or by mechanical pumping method and making the Static Water Tank (SWT) fully cleaned with clean water and make Static Water Tank (SWT) functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including removing and disposing off properly the sludge and solid contents outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Any type of scaffolding, T&P, pumps required for cleaning of Static Water Tank (SWT) shall be arranged by the contractor and the rates quoted for this item includes the same.

Material & labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 50mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:6 including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material & labour for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in posts / pillar for RCC Jallies with plain fair faces and setting in mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.
