EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY:- 11 KV, 630A, 20 KA, Motor operated, Compact, outdoor, both side extensible, non drawout type, +V+ (01 No. )fixed type motor operated Vaccum Circuit Breaker (VL), outgoing Safeplus compact gas insulated Ring main unit. All live parts enclosed in a robotically welded stainless steel tank of IP 67 class of protection including coupling, accessories all as specified and as directed.

Transformer step down, indoor type, copper wound, oil cooled complete with standard fittings HT 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit +/- 5% in step of +/- 2.5%. ONAN all as per IS :1180 of capacity 250 KVA duly initial oil filled up to normal level with following accessories and functions alongwith foundation as per the recommendations of the manufacturer. Comprising the following :- (i) Monoblock, centrifugal pump (EEC Series) suitable capacity for chiller plant @ manufacturer designed discharge capacity for CONDONSER WATER PUMPS in cast iron body,

bronze impellar with mechanical seals. Induction motor shall be TEFC squirrel cage, working on 415 V 3 phase, MS fabricated base plate mounting channel frame, and fittings i.e. coupling guard and vibration pad 2 Nos (01 Nos working and 01 No as stanby). (ii) FRP induced draft cooling tower rectangular/cylindrical type, capacity suitable for chiller plant complete installed on PCC / brick staging with spray section, honey comb fill basin, fan, suitable capacity of induction TEFC Motor working on 415 V 3 Phase, intake, bird screen and other accessories (Tech Specification as per manufacturer) 2 Nos (1 No working + 1 No standby). (iii) PVC/HDPE make up water tank of capacity for 24 Hrs run installed on PCC/brick staging for make up water requirement including brass float valve with polyethylene ball, over flow and drain arrangement, incoming connection of GI pipe 25mm medium grade from tank to tapping point, air vent, overflow pipe line etc 1 (c) CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM. (ii) HDPE/PVC Expansion tank of 500 ltrs capacity including pipe connections including insulation and necessary piping, control valves on inlets and washout, float valve etc – 01 Job 1 (d) CHILLED / HOT WATER PIPING Chilled water piping with MS class `C’ class ERW pipe of suitable diameter including all weldable fittings, fixing arranements and Insulation complete for entire system. 1 (e) AIR TREATMENT SYSTEM -1 Nos Double skin construction air handling units floor mounted type suitable for chilled water system made out of extruded aluminium structural frame / aluminium corners and intermediate connecting pieces and panes of 0.6 mm galvanized steel sheet on both sides with 25mm thick pressure injected PUF of density (38+2) Kg/cum using CFC free HFC – 134a/R – 141b blowing agent, the panels having scratch free plastisol coating on outer side. The fan section should be mounted on anti vibration spring isolators and free from main structure. The fan should be backward curved centrifugal fan with air discharge upblast, belt driven with TEFC induction motor of suitable capacity. The coil section consist of 6 row deep coil with min 12 fins/inch duly coated. The filter section consist of pre-filter with 10 micron 90% efficiency and high efficiency filters to remove dust particles down to 5 microns with

minimum efficiency 99% when tested as per BS 6540- Part 1, made out of non woven synthetic / polyster / propylene media sandwitched between HDPE mesh on one side for additional coarse filteration and aluminium expanded mesh on the other side for mechanical support. The other accessories are view port, limitswitch, stainless steel (SS3) drain pan, . AHU shall be provided UVC emitters & fixtures in sufficient quantity so as to provide equal distribution of UVC energy on coil and in the drain pan all as specified and designed capacity. 1 (f) ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM (MAIN AC PANEL) - 1 No Manufacture, supplying, fixing in position, connecting, testing and commissioning of Control panels floor mounted, indoor type vermin proof, dust proof (fabricated through CPRI certified manufacturer) housed in 2 mm thick

All interlocking wiring with suitable size of copper wire, timers and control wiring shall be done, aluminium strip for earth continuity to be provided. The bus bar shall be of copper. (x) All Design details and Drgs are duly approved from IIT/NIT Note: for items 1 (a) to 1 (k) (i) All civil works required to install, test and commissioning the equipment like excavation, PCC foundation for equipment, necessary cable ducts with MS covers 6 mm thick duly painted and finishing patch work to match existing specifications including fixing the ducting etc. shall be seemed to be included in the above offer (ii) Necessary water supply connections for the make up water tank and AC/Plant from existing water supply connections not exceeding 10RM from the plant room deemed to be included in the quoted rate. PVC conduit of suitable size for interlocking arrangement as per standard practice with thermostat, humidstat, balancing valve, blowermotor, pumps starter etc, all as directed shall deemed to be included. (vi) Initial charging of oil and refrigerant shall deemed to be included. (vii)Velocity of air in supply air duct shall not exceed 450m / min (1500 FPM) and velocity at diffuser outlet shall not exceed 150m/min (500 FPM). (viii) Necessary drain connection at each AHU room and AC plant room shall be provided by the tenderer. (ix) Phase I & II (Summer and Monsoon) Testing will be carried out all as specified. (x)Electric and water supply for Phase – I and Phase – II testing will be provided free of cost by the department. (xi)T-bid shall indicate COP of the system offered COP shall not be less than 3.00 (xii)The complete plant is to be installed, tested and commissioned only by the skilled engineer of the main manufacturer of the chiller-packages. Necessary confirmation is to be submitted by the contractor after completion of the work with test certificates before dept undertakes further testing as per tender. Cost is deemed to be included the quoted rate.
