Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description incl barbed wire and concertina coil incl post complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pierholes etc n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated soil exc 50 m but nexc 250 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (40 mm graded agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 m dia and over , cut to length bent to shape required incl necessary cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.8 above but 5 mm dia and over upto and incl 10 mm dia in stirrups , spacers and binders.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, plinth beams and similar work complete.

Formwork to edges of rough finished concrete flats, treads, sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal and sloping and similar work exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm wide complete.

Formwork to rough finished surfaces of sides of pillars, posts, struts, pier , columns and stanchions square, ractangular or polyfonal complete.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-25 (20 mm graded agregate) in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns, RCC bands in wall, coping etc complete.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-25 (20 mm graded agregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

S&F mild steel work as in post and strut in fencing, grill , grating including cuting tops to shape as directed ,drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde e-165 complete.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mmm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line to be measured).

S&F concertina coil, galvanised 600 mm dia, stretched over barbed wire and angle post 50spirals/7 mtr and 3 Nos of clips per spirals as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded , bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement Mortar(1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

All as per item No.21 above but except stone.

M&L Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in Cement Mortar(1:4).

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including formwork (straight or curved), finishing Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel in joist, channel, angle, tubular poles, tubular sections fixed independently, conforming to Fe-410W(Gde-E-250) quality-B complete.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in trusses, rafters, purlins etc, and the like made out of MS pipe, flat, angle or hollow sections conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A incl all necessary cleats, gusset plates etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild Steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe 410W(Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post hole (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20mm graded stone agrregate ) as in foundation of posts and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
