De-hydration/ filteration of transformer oil by employing on line filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength not less than 45 KV including following work services and all as directed :- (a) Removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scales, collided Carbone oxidation sludge, etc upto < 1 microne (b) De-hydration of transformer oil under vacuum (c) Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank (d) Top up the transformer oil of same grade upto the level required complete all as specifed and as directed. Note : (i) Contractor shall be used the vehicle mounted filtration plant with suitable size heavy duty hose pipe (ii) The transformer oil required for replacing/ top up shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Contractor shall conduct field testing of di-electric strengh of the transformer oil before and after filtration (iv) Checking the megger/earth resistance values with battery operated megger of 5 KV.
Tracing out fault in 11 KV underground cable of any size with the help of fault tracing machine and rectifying the same with jointing kits as specified and directed to restore the supply complete all as directed. Note : (i) Jointing kit, Earth work, cable protection cover, GI Pipe, HT cable. etc if any needed shall be measured and paid separetely. however, width of trenches shall be allowed for payment as per authorized width given in SSR for each size of cable. (ii) All other encessary arrangements suitable for locating the faults deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iii) T&P required for the entire job shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iv) Fault & location thereof shall be traced within 12 hours of tele intimation by the Engineer-in-Charge/JE E&M and shall be rectified within given time frame (v) After 12 Hrs a penality of Rs. 2000.00 per 3 hr shall be imposed upto 24 hrs then after a penalty of Rs. 6000.00 shall be imposed per day.
M&L for servicing, rectifying and arresting the oil leakage of oil cooled transformer, 11000 Volt / 433 V step down/Step up, indoor/out door type of capacity upto 100 KVA comprising following work services all as directed :- (a) Disconnection of cable termination of HT & LT ends. (b) Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks. (c) checking of HT/LT insulators including any oil leakage and internal inspection for any leakage, draining out of oil up to the bottom level of transformer, opening of HV and LV bushings of transformer, replacing the all mounting gaskets of the transformer body and conservator to arrest the oil leakage and replacement of gasket HT/LT terminal bushing gasket/ bushing and rectifying oil leakage (d) Replacement of corroded nuts/bolts with double washers, burned lugs, etc by new one (e) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points. (f) Removing, cleaning, polishing of bushings and studs of both HT/LT side by using soft cotton cloth including checking for cracking and refixing the same. (g) Refixing all cable terminals HV & LV sides and transformer top cover, conservator tank and other fitments in position..

Attending complaints of HT cable / HT switchgear system comprising 11 KV / 440V HT cable network, RMU, VCB panels, Two Pole and Four Pole structures, associated protection system and allied accessories including interruption/failure of power supply, voltage fluctuation, tripping of RMU/VCB due to overload/earth fault/short circuit and restoration of supply by carrying out necessary repairs, tightening of connections, replacement of blown HRC fuses/control fuses, servicing of terminals, dressing of cable ends, and refixing after replacing the unserviceable parts complete all as specified and as directed.
(ii) If the contractor fails to attend the complaint within 02 hours from receipt of complaint, penalty at the rate of Rs. 3000.00 per hour shall be imposed up to 12 hours and there after Rs. 4000.00 per hour shall be imposed till restoration/attendance of complaint. GE’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
iii) Contractor shall maintain complaint register/slips indicating nature of fault, time of receipt, rectification carried out and restoration time, and obtain signature of concerned JE E/M on daily basis after rectification.
(iv) Contractor shall provide all necessary safety equipment such as discharge rods, rubber mats, hand gloves, safety belts, danger boards, earth chains, line testers and other PPEs and shall be fully responsible for safety of men and material during execution of work. (v) Contractor shall visit the site and familiarize himself with complete HT distribution system before quoting the tender.
(vi) Contractor shall arrange all necessary T&P including megger, tong tester, HV tester, cable fault locator, crimping tools, hydraulic tools and other testing equipment required for proper execution of work.
Supply and spread granite trap or basalt coarse aggregate size of 40mm graded for the outdoor substation/ structures/ RMU after levelling the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying and spreading, compacting M-sand for the out door substation/RMU after levelling the existing ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
