Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm ( three point fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X 30X5mm ( thirty X thirty X five millimeter ) so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies , height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 meters ( four meters ) and removal of the same for insitu- reinfoced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts of materials or as per the directions of Engineer in Charge.

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts Circular including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Stairs, (excluding landings) except spiral stair cases including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20cm ( twenty centimeter ) wide including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) mechanically mixed and vibrating curing complete including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishingin 1:1.5: 3 (one cement : One and half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimeter ) nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills above plinth level up to floor all level mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one point five coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimeter ) nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. ( For septic tank with soak pit ) .

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor all level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1 : 6 (one cement : six coarse sand ) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 ( Part-I ) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of first class hard wood & well matched teak three ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands & face veneers on both faces of shutters 35 mm ( thirty five milimetre ) thick including ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised mild steel gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm ( one point four milimetre ) in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm ( zero point six three milimetre ) for doors, windows & clerestory windows with hinges & necessary screws 35 mm ( thirty five milimetre ) thick shutters Kiln seasoned & chemically treated hallack wood including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised ( Anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868 ), transparent or dyed colour to required colour or shade, with nuts & screws etc. complete 300 x 16 mm ( three hundred into sixteen milimetre ) size including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised ( Anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868 ), transparent or dyed colour to required colour or shade, with nuts & screws etc. complete 250 x 10 mm ( two hundred fifty into ten milimetre ) size including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS;1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete 250 x 10 mm ( two hundred fifty into ten milimetre ) size including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & fixing aluminium handles ISI marked anodised ( anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS;1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete 125 mm ( one hundred twentyfive milimetre ) size including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing mild steel grills of required pattern in frames of steel windows etc. with mild steel flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing angle iron door, window, clerestory window frame manufactured from M.S. angle iron section of size 50 x50x6mm, ( Fifty into fifty into Six millimetre) thickness including hinges jamb lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of Mild steel angles 50 x25mm ( Fifty into Twenty millimetre) welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means, lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel nut hinges 2.5mm (Two point five) thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Channel 75X40mm and M.S flat 75X3mm for door window frames including hinges, jambs, lock bed and of required angle threshold of M.S.50X25mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means lugs with spilt end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absolver as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of surface as directed by the Engineer-In charge.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors , windows and Ventilator of standard rolled steel sections, Joints mitred and welded with 16X3.15mm (Sixteen into three point one five millimetre lugs 10cm(Ten Centimetre )long embedded in Cement concrete block 15cmx10cmx10cm Size of 1:3:6 (one cement insto three sand insto six graded stone aggregate) 20mm(Twenty millimetre) nominal size or with wooden plugs and Screws or raw plug and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required and iron fittings including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint. fixing hung windows. including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges. .

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauge to windows, clerestory windows & door with mild steel flat 16X3.15mm (Sixteen into three point one five millimetre) and nuts & bolts complete. 6mm ( six millimeter ) cement plaster in ceiling of mix 1:4 (one cement : four fine sand) complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

15mm ( fifteen millimeter ) cement plaster on the rough side of single or brick /stone /concrete wall of mix : :6 (one cement: six fine sand) complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

15mm ( fifteen millimeter ) cement plaster on the fair side of single brick/ stone/ concrete wall of mix : 1:6 (one cement: six fine sand) complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing & applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm ( two milimetre ) thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even & smooth complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade new work ( two or more coats ) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint Nerolac exterior/Asian Apex paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all dirt, grease, loose pieces of scales and sand papered smooth. as per the direction of Engineer-In charge.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty & glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows all complete with 4 mm ( four milimetre ) thick glass panes including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1 : 2 : 4 ( One cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40 mm ( forty milimetre ) thick with 20mm ( twenty milimetre ) nominal size ) stone aggregate including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
