Certificate for GSTN registration 2. Pan Card in which Pan no. is readable 3. Bank Mandated from (NEFT Details of Bank for payment) 4. Cancelled cheque of Bank account.5. Power of attorney or Signatory authorization letter 6. Address, contract/Mobile nos. & Email id on duly signed & stamped firm's letter head.

The payment is subject to deduction of Income tax with surcharge as applicable and works Contract, Sale Tax (Bihar) as per extant rule and submission of proof of PF & ESI is applicable.

The Bidder shall require to deposit Bid Security of requisite value along with the Bid for the due performance with the stipulation to keep the offer open till such date as specified in the Bid, under the conditions of Bid. Tenderer(s)/Bidder are allowed to make payments against this tender towards tender document cost and Bid Security only as detailed in Para-11 of Chapter -3 of tender document.

Bid not accompanied with full Bid security, in the requisite manner, shall under no circumstances be entertained and will summarily be rejected at the time of opening itself without further reference to the bidders.

Any firm recognized by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) as 'Startsup's shall be exempted from payment of Bid security subject to submission of copy of such valid evidence/certificate to this effect.

Labour Cooperative Societies shall deposit only 50% of requisite bid security subject to submission copy of such valid evidence/certificate to this effect.
