Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description and in any position including PCC padding any thickness and cleaning, wire brushing, watering & removal of debris outside MOD complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of PVC water storage tank wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:4 in two coats (10+5)mm with finishing coat mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufactures instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with waters to remove dusts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete padding laid to required slope incl finishing the concrete surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering of mortar in cement mortar (1:4) for laying roof finish as padding finished with WPC 3% by weight of total cement, complete all as specified and directed Note :- Integral WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg / Litre at 25 degree Celsius on the prepared dry roof surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L APP polymeric membrane min weighting 3.5kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm laid on primed surfaces by torch application method complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

S&F for MS framed works as in purline, rafters, column square/rectangular, round or angle section, fixed with and including iron cleats or other connected plates flate iron wind ties etc incl bending of MS section as requried such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre- painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17 here in before but 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia steel tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 here in before but 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of 20mm steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors etc) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 750 ltrs capacity (cylindrical verftical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including Dismantling of water tanks of exc 500 ltrs and nexc 1000ltrs in capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable plaster, loose unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing surface of RCC roof slab/ RCC facia/ beams/ columns/ RCC chajja, average depth 25mm (approximate 6.5 mtrs height from natural GL) with power driven pneumatic chiesel and removal of debries upto a distence 500 mtrs out side MD land including saw cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of cavaties and roughening of smooth surface, scraping out and removing corrosion and all loose scales, rust etc. from the visible reinforcement and cleaning the steel reinforecement properly providing NIT zink primer, Zink primer on visible reinforcement surface to form a contineous film and preparing the surface to recive concrete of epoxy grouting mortar etc. including providing necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying bonding coat of modified styrene butadene emulsion in proportion 1 part (bonding agent) : 1 part (water) : 3 part (OP cement) by volume with the brushes etc. to bind new cement plaster/ polymer modified plaster/ concrete/ screed concrete with oldsurface including removal of loose/ distengrated old concrete/ plaster including preparation of surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 25-35mm average thickness plaster on ceiling slab and chajja projections, facia and beams with polymer modified mortar firtified with SBR in proportion 1 part (cement) : 3 part (sand) by weight of cement with 11 to 15 ltrs water addition, finishing surface to match with existing adjoining surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting holes in brick walls exc half brick but not exc one brick in built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 including white wash to match the shade/color or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.60mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm long heavy weight cold rolled mild steel hinges and fixed to frame with scrwewd or welding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for glass corner shelf 12 x 12 inch wall mount with 5mm thickness with SS railling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC cabinet with mirror of size 350mmx450mm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description (including plastering,leeping etc) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for n.exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded aggregate laid to slope 1:30 in padding for WPT over roof slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing clean and dried plastered surface and applying a coat of oil based bitumen primer conforming to IS 3384-1986 @ 0.30 litrs/sqm and then laying APP polymer modified membrane, 3mm thick with non woven polyster reinforced membrane (3.50 kg/sqm) having thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of membrane and laid by torch application method to the entire surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium composite panel of accucell/ gurind/EPP 3 mm thick exterior grade PVDF with foil thick of 0.25mm & frame work made out from aluminium section of size 38x25mm supported on masonry wall/ceiling/RCC with the help of MS bracket fixed with brick fastener /anchor fastener and groove filled with silicone weather proof sealant of DOW corning etc incl scaffolding at any height and fixing as in any position per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of wall of brick and stone wall built in cement mortor incl all quoins, archs, pillars,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete or block masonary CM 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) in internal surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Bib taps, cast copper alloy of 15 mm bore diawith crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
