Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 500 m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and Constructing solid Cement Concrete block masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) using factory made, load bearing, approved quality Cement Concrete blocks of specified size, Grade A (3.5), set to level plumb including setting in position, providing scaffolding, curing, raking out joints wherever required etc., complete with all leads and all as per specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Plaster (IN FINE SAND)

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying 200mm PVC pipe(4kg/cm2) including using all necessary fittings,This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 100mm PVC pipe(4kg/cm2) including using all necessary fittings,This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. and including earth cutting,filling , levelling the surface ,compaction by using 5T-10 T roller to required profile etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(If soil is additionally required, same shall be taken by the contractor from the locations shown by EIC with in the campus and if the available earth is surplus same shall be disposed upto a lead of 2KM )

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work
