12 5% of Estimated cost, 2.5% of estimated cost shall be paid in the form of FDR immediately

after the acceptance of tender and remaining 2.5% of Security Deposit shall be deducted for

13 Free Maintenance Guarantee Period will be three years. Three years from the actual Date of

completion work. 5% of estimate cost each running bill shall be withheld and will be released

after the free maintenance guarantee period {i.e. 3 year} (Bank Guarantee/FDR is not allowed

for free maintenance guarantee period.)

b S.No. 1 to 11 documents must be submitted with soft copy and attested hard copy.

c S.No. 12 & 13 is applicable after acceptance tender.

5.4 Demand Draft for E.M.D. & Tender fee shall be submitted in electronic format only through on line {By

scanning} while uploading the bid. The submission shall be mean that E.M.D. & tender fee are received.

Accordingly offer of those shall be opened, whose E.M.D. & Tender fee is received electronically. However

for the purpose of realization of D.D., bidder shall send the D.D. in original to Chief officer at time of tender

opening or send the same through R.P.A.D./Speed Post/ Hand to Hand Registry so as to reach Chief officer

Nagarpalika Bharuch 11/02/2026 upto 16:00 Hrs. Paneltative action for not submitting D.D. in original to

Chief officer Nagarpalika Bharuch by bidder shall be initiated Any documents in supporting of bid shall be

submitted in electronic format only through online {By scanning etc.}& hard copy will not be accepted

5.5 Bidder has to submit the documents as said in 5.4 above and no other condition in any form

shall be considered at all, at the time of evaluation of the tender i.e. the bidder shall have to submit

unconditional offer without differing from any of the tender condition.

6.0 Opening of Tender:

6.1 Opening of bid documents will be held on Date & time shown in the office of Chief officer Nagar

Seva Sadan, Bharuch.

6.2 Intending bidders or their representative who wish to remain present at Municipality premises at

the time of tender opening can do so.

6.3 The offline technical evaluation of the tenders received on or before last date ofsubmission would

be done and results will be displayed on web site.
