Design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, transportation, erection & commissioning of Emergency hydraulic disc brake system for Crane 226 & 235 in SMS-I of Rourkela Steel Plant.

• 1. The Bidder should be a Sole Indian bidder and should have successfully completed directly or through the crane manufacturer for “Design, Supply, erection & commissioning of Electro-hydraulic Emergency Disc Brakes in at least one no. of Hot metal ladle handling EOT cranes of 120 Ton or more capacity in any integrated steel plant in India, in last 10 years from the date of NIT.

2. The credentials of parent company in design, manufacturing, supply, erection & commissioning of Emergency Hydraulic Disc Brakes can be considered as that of Indian subsidiary, provided the authorization letter is submitted along with Certificate of Incorporation of Indian subsidiary.

3. The bidder should submit an affidavit stating that the documents furnished by them are genuine.

4. Consortium bidding is not allowed.

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2025 should not be less than Rs 1.0 crores (Rupees One crore only).

Net worth of the bidder should be positive as on 31.03.2025.
