M&L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab, comprising with the following course of treatment/specification from bottom to top, including demoliation of concrete of existing concrete and removing debries complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Cleaning of old concrete surfaces of roof, picking sweeping cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust and thoroughly washing down with clean water and dried complete and providing PCC 25mm thick average thickness Type B0 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as levelling course laid in slope towards spout mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction (ii) Rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction on sunken roof slab surface true to level over PCC when concrete is green (iii) Applying first layer of slurry @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm. (vi) Laying layer of 200 micron polythene film (vii) Two Nos of 25mm dia, light grade, 45cm long, Spout shall be provided in external wall to drain out acummalted water (viii) PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion of slab Note : (a) Work shall be carried out through specialized applicator approved by GE. Contractor shall submit sufficent documents/Credentials in support of Applicator whom he wants the work excuted.
