The bidders are requested to ensure compliance of the following points of the checklist while bidding against this tender. 1. Whether the requisite amount towards Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) (wherever applicable) has been paid online. 2. Whether the document against the eligibility criteria of 'similar single work' during the qualifying period has been attached. 3. Whether the document against the eligibility criteria of 'turnover' during the qualifying period has been attached. 4. Whether documents pertaining to number of years in the operations by way of Company establishment certificate and company's work order copy/ agreement copy/completion certificate etc. as proof of operation are attached. 5. Whether documents pertaining to size of workforce by way of EPFO challan/bank account statement in support of available manpower (duly submitted to EPFO) in respect of the previous four quarters preceding the date of opening of bid should be submitted in support of their qualification are attached. 6. Whether all the relevant documents pertaining to the composition of the firm e.g. Partnership, Proprietary, PSU, JV, Govt. Department or Pvt. Limited have been attached. 7. Whether the List of work completed with all the relevant information regarding the same as per tender document during the qualifying period has been attached. 8. Whether the list of on-going work with all the relevant information regarding the same as per tender document has been attached. 9. Whether the list of Plant and Machinery available on hand (own) and proposed to be inducted (own and hired to be given separately) for the subject work has been attached. 10. Whether the list of personnel, organization chart available on hand has been attached. 11. Whether firm's authorization by way of copy of Power of Attorney, if applicable has been attached. 12. Whether supporting documents claiming any sort of exemption for MSE firms are attached. 13. Whether all the relevant certificates e.g. GST registration, EPF registration, ESIC registration, firm's registration, PAN no. etc. have been attached. Note: Tenderers are requested to study the Tender Document carefully for details of eligibility criteria, compliances and documents required to be attached with their offer. The checklist as above is indicative only.

The bidders are required to make payment towards the Earnest Money Deposit against this tender through online payment modes like net banking, debit/credit cards, etc., available on the www.ireps.gov.in portal. No other mode of payment shall be accepted. However, MSEs registered with District Industries Centres, Khadi and Village Industries Commission, Khadi and Village Industries Board, Coir Board, National Small Industries Corporation, Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom, any other body specified by Ministry of MSME or Start-ups as recognized by Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion shall be exempted from payment of minimum EMD. In case of non- submission of EMD, wherever applicable, or in case of rejection of claim for exemption of the same due to invalid supporting document submitted, the offer will be summarily rejected.
