Surface excavation, not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft loose / soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft / disintegrated rock each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, all as complete and as specified.

Material and Labour for, Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing chain link fencing with size of mesh 50 x 50 mm and thickness of wire 2.80mm (weight not less than 3 Kg/ Sq m) including fixing of line wires/flats, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and as directed Note: Supply of MS line wire and flat iron, bolt & nuts measured & paid separately

Material and labour for, Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long, with dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed Note : Each line of wire to be measured.

Material and labour for, preparation of new surfaces of steel over 10cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed over .

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft disintegrated rock, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for, RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (20mm graded stone aggregate), in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in, Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of Column, finishing surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of foundation concrete, finishing surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, mild steel reinforcement using TMT bars, 10mm dia and over in section, cut to length and bent to shape required, including cranking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia

Material and labour for, mild steel reinforcement using TMT bars, 5 mm mm dia and over upto 100 mm dia in section, as in spacers, stirrups, binders, etc., cut to length and bent to shape required, including cranking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia

Material and labour for, rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finishing services fair and even wihout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, preparing newly plastered surfaces of brick or concrete surfaces, and applying two coats of Cement Based Paint over a coat of cement based primer all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of extra excavated soft rock to distance not exc 5 Km and depositing at place where directed and at a level not exc 1.50 m from the starting point all as directed.

Material and Labour, for Plain cement concerete, 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping of pole, filling and mass concrete of pole, make good to road surface, hard standing etc incl necessary form work all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for, Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Mild steel sheet will be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for, Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe 410_W Grade E-250 Quality B, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Mild steel, plain, black sheet (1.60 mm thick) as in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required
