Event Management Work for INAUGURATION OF SELLA TUNNEL at Sella Pass

Waterproof Tubular Iron Hangar for Public Sitting area with wooden platform & fire retardant top covering, side covers, front façade, Carpet etc. All the structures should be of high quality and strong enough to sustain high speed wind & snow pressure as per the specification of the department.

Construction of thematically designed VVIP lounge, VIP Lounge, PMO & VVIP Dining with Ply Back Wall and False ceiling, wooden flooring, new carpeting and lights etc. rates including flower decoration cushion chairs/two and three seater sofas, centre tables, coffee tables, prefabricated toilet and other required items for beautification of the room.

Barricading at No Men Land with Iron Mozo and One Inch Iron Net as per the SPG standard.

LED riser with masking & carpet from all sides. (i) 8' x 4' -6 Nos ; (ii) 20' x 4' - 2nos

Flower Decoration - P1, P2, P3, P4, Stage, Podium, lighting of lamp, stairs railing, table bouquet etc. Flowers used should be of high quality and premium standard.

Sound Arrangements for the Public Meeting, Public Addressal system and ambience music with proper underground cabeling and technician etc (2 Sets will be required as per SPG standard)

Video & Still Photography Coverage of Inaugural Function & all other major events/function during the event. Live video coverage of the cultural events and inaugural function in the LED panel as and when required by the department. Online Editing setup and post event cinematic video will also be required. Cleaning and Sanitation of the entire venue all through out the event

Soundless Genset (Including required quantity of Diesel, adequate number of operators/technician/electrician whatever so required for full-fledged and smooth running of genset and power supply)

Power distribution with armored cables from main panel board & generator up to Exhibition Area / Stage / All Hangers / Food Area and all over the ground & sub distribution with main panel switch board & sub main panel board.

Lighting Poles with proper wiring/earthing for Entire Venuewith adequate number of poles should be provided

Emergency and back up Lighting system in case of total power faliure

Electrical cabling of entire venue with proper covering

Bright & sufficient ambience lighting over & above normal lightings

Ground Earthling through the area with generator and lighting as per the requirement of the Engineering Cell of Vartak

Changeover box/ Main panel with proper fittings

Pagoda with Aluminium Structure with Waterproof and Fireproof retardant sheet should be strong enough to sustain High-Speed Wind/Rain Pressure. Police, Army, Medical, CCTV etc

CCTV Cameras set up all over the venue, cameras shall have night vision with operator & technician. Installation will be as directed by the police department with display monitor. Recording of entire cctv footage needs to be provided after the end of the event.

Branding as required by the department : i) Self standing display board of size 3' x 6' x 100 nos ii) standing display board on electric poles of size 3' x 10' x 500nos iii) Display board with temporary poles duly fixed by digging atleast 3ft to withstand strong winds of size 20' x 10' x 50nos iv) Venue Entrance Box Gate of size 60 rft x 3 nos v) Overhead Gates on the approach road to the venue with bamboo structure and iron framing - 3 nos

Multi Colour Flags to be installed on iron pole of height 20ft duly painted with powder coated silver paint. All the flags along with poles will be retained by the department.

Plaque for Inauguration of Tunnel along with automatic unveiling set up. Plaque design should be engraved on a black granite in two languages.
