Dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD/ 304 MORTH etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work.(30% Manual Means)

Carting away of excavated earth / debries to a lead of 2KM (the rate including conveyance charges, labour charges for loading, unloading charges) including ideal hire charges of truck etc. complete as directed by the Departmental Authorities of the work.

Cutting open C.C. Road surface with concrete saw cutter and removal with breaker including stacking of excavated materials for pipe line trench work etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.

Providing Sand Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH Including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Providing Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) (Cement: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, on all materials and including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc. complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

PCC grade M20 (MORD) Providing Plain Cement Concrete Nominal Mix (1:2:4) using 20mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. for Approaches etc. (for Mechanical Mixer) Without Form Work

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Manufacturing, Supply and Delivery of M S Man hole providing fabricated various size including cost and conveyance cutting, welding, floor drilling holes and fixing in position etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the site engineer.
