Dismantling wall & ceilling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium anodised snap grid false ceiling, for insulation and acoustic purpose, using standard aluminium sections of size 35.60 mm x 23.60 mm x 1.60 mm as in wall angle, 23.60 mm x 23.60 mm x 1.60 mm as in Main/ Cross Tees and 26.00 mm x 26.00 mm x 1.60 mm angles for grid of size 605 x 605mm suspended with 4mm dia. GI wire at intervals n.exc. 600mm centre to centre and fixed to roof truss with suitable size MS hooks and fastening bolts etc. from sloping/flat roof including 12 mm thick Gypsum ceiling boards of size 600mm x 600mm fixed with clips to aluminium snap grid including preparation of exposed surfaces of ceiling boards and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for false ceiling with 10mm thick of panel size 600mm x 900mm plaster of paris sheets fixed with machine screws on GI channel 18 gauge thick, grid work main joists placed at 750mm centres, secondary joists placed at 450mm centres, GI angle suspenders from roof and treating the plaster of paris sheets with thin layer of pop with Gypsum binder, sanding the surfaces till smooth surface is obtained including preparation of surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.Make: Gyproc or Equivalent

M & L for taking out old water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/ Sqm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat asreinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm laid by torch application metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction. Note:-Obtain material through out low laying Area

Extra over rendering for work in isolated width such as in bands, sunk pannels, cornices, skirting sides of slabs, parapet sides and top drip moulds etc and similar work not exc 15 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound .

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick (internal plaster) in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick (external plaster) in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete wall surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 05 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surface in cement mortor 1:3 including plastered surface of ceiling shall be even and smooth without using extra cement completed

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and appling two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of primer on plastered surfaces complete including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wceiling over a coat of primer on plastered surfaces complete including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of plastered OR unplastered old decorated surface walls and applying two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note for Item No 1 to 10 above (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b.) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finished surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Forming construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in plinth protection 75 mm thick finished top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment including 30 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles of 30 cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment,set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M & L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , in floors, etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. Including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L full body Vitrified coloured Ceramic tiles of light colour shade 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L full body Vitrified coloured Ceramic tiles of light colour shade 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in skirting to match the vitrified ceramic couloured light shade floor tiles etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 10 mm thick backing or rendering coat of plaster in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 mm x 300 mm and 7 mm thick of approved colour as in verticle surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mrotar1:4 including triangular filleting in cement mortar 1:4 on top of skirting/dado etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons laid and bedded and jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed no pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed based 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl cutting polishing and rubbing complete.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick granite stone of colour Z black machine cut (table rubbed and polished) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, moulding of one or both edges and polishing or rounding to edges of granite stone etc.complete all as specified and directed.
