Following Works are to be Carried Out for Execution of Balance Work for Completion of 132KV S.C. Aonla - Bisauli Transmission Line on D.C. Tower (under Construction by M/s. EMC Ltd., Kolkata) alongwith other associated Works, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps, Transportation of Materials on Debitable Basis for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer : (1) Fabrication, Galvanizing, Inspection & Supply of 132KV D.C. Towers (KPTL Design) including associated Stubs and Extension thereof as per Details below : (a) DA+0 type Tower : 2 No. (Approx. 5.61 MT) (b) DB+5 type Tower : 1 No. (Approx. 6.35 MT) (c) DC+5 type Tower : 1 No. (Approx. 7.87 MT)
(2) Hot dip Galvanized Hexagon head Transmission Tower Bolts - Nuts - Spring Washers with associated Pack Washers as per Details below : (a) 16 mm × 35 mm size Bolt with Nut - Spring Washer & Pack Washer : Approx. 400 Kg (b) 16 mm × 40 mm size Bolt with Nut - Spring Washer & Pack Washer : Approx. 700 Kg (c) 16 mm × 45 mm size Bolt with Nut - Spring Washer & Pack Washer : Approx. 500 Kg (d) 16 mm × 50 mm size Bolt with Nut - Spring Washer & Pack Washer : Approx. 150 Kg (e) 16 mm × 55 mm size Bolt with Nut - Spring Washer & Pack Washer : Approx. 200 Kg (f) 16 mm × 60 mm size Bolt with Nut - Spring Washer & Pack Washer : Approx. 50 Kg
(3 Compression type Double Tension Fitting Assembly, suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor consisting of Compression Dead End Clamp with Jumper Terminal (Cone), Anchor Shackle (2 No.), Yoke Plate (2 No.), Chain Link, Socket Clevis, Clevis Eye, Line side Arcing Horn, Tower side Arcing Horn complete with Bolts-Nuts-Spring Washers, Split Pin etc. as per Technical Spec. & Sample.
(4) Double Suspension Fitting Assembly, suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor consisting of Suspension Clamp, Ball Hook, Socket Eye (HH type), Line side Arcing Horn complete with Bolts-Nuts-Spring Washers, Split Pin etc. as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(5) Compression type Single Tension Fitting Assembly, suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor consisting of Compression Dead End Clamp with Jumper Terminal (Cone), Anchor Shackle, Ball Clevis (HH type), Socket Clevis (HH type), Line side Arcing Horn, Tower side Arcing Horn complete with Bolts-Nuts-Spring Washers, Split Pin etc. as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(6) Single Suspension Fitting Assembly, suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor consisting of Suspension Clamp, Ball Hook, Socket Eye (HH type), Line side Arcing Horn complete with Bolts-Nuts-Spring Washers, Split Pin etc. as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(7) Mid Span Compression Joint, suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor consisting of extruded Aluminium Outer Sleeve (OD 38±1 mm, ID 23±0.2 mm, L 610±5 mm) and Mild Steel Inner Sleeve (OD 18±0.5 mm, ID 9.5±0.2 mm, L 203±5 mm) as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(8) Repair Sleeve suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor duly made of extruded Aluminium Sleeve (OD 38±1 mm, ID 23±0.2 mm, L 241±5 mm) as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(9) Stock Bridge Vibration Damper (4R type) suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(10) Performed Armour Rod Set, suitable for ACSR Panther Conductor consisting of 11 No. Al. Alloy Rods each of dia. 6.35(+)0/(-)0.1 mm & length 1950±25 mm as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(11) Compression type Tension Fitting Assembly, suitable for 7/10 SWG Earth Wire consisting of Dead End Tube, Jumper Tube, Anchor D-Shackle complete with Bolts-Nuts-Spring Washers, Cotter Pin etc. as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(12) Suspension Fitting Assembly, suitable for 7/10 SWG Earth Wire consisting of Suspension Clamp, Anchor Shackle, Keeper Piece, U-Bolt complete with Bolts-Nuts-Spring Washers, Split Pin etc. as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(13) Mid Span Compression Joint, suitable for 7/10 SWG Earth Wire duly made of Mild Steel Tube (OD 18±0.2 mm, ID 10.3±0.2 mm, L 203±0.2 mm) as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(14) Stock Bridge Vibration Damper (4R type), suitable for 7/10 SWG Earth Wire as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(15) Flexible Copper Bond of size 12 mm x 570 mm duly made of Electrolytic Copper and crimped with Copper Lugs at both ends as per Technical Specifications & Sample
(16) Bird Guard of Saw Tooth type duly made of 18 SWG M.S. Sheet and Hot Dip Galvanized complete with G.I. Bolts - Nuts - Spring Washers etc., suitable for Fixing on Cross Arm of 'A' type 132 KV Towers of KPTL Design as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(17) Number Plate in size of 165 mm x 150 mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet with Letters and Numerals in enameled Red colour on White colour enameled background indicating name of Transmission Line in short (in English Letter of size 35 mm height) and Tower No. (in English Letter of size 65 mm height) as per requirement alongwith 2 No. 16 mm x 40 mm size G.I. Bolts - Nuts - Spring Washers with of 2 No. holes in Number Plate for Fixing as per Technical Specifications & Sample and Instruction of Supervising Engineer.
(18) Phase Plate in Sets of both sides enamelled Red, Yellow & Blue colour Circular Discs of dia. 100 mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet alongwith 1 No. 16 mm x 40 mm size G.I. Bolt - Nut - Spring Washer with 1 No. hole in Phase Plate for Fixing as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(19) Danger Plate in size of 380 mm x 250 mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet written 'DANGER' in English letter of size 35 mm height, '[krjk' in Hindi Letter of size 45 mm height, '132000 Volt' in English Letter of size 30 mm height indicating 'Sign of Danger' in size of 70 mm x 80 mm all shown symmetrically in enamelled Red Colour on White Colour Enamelled background alongwith 2 No. 16 mm x 40 mm size G.I. Bolts - Nuts - Spring Washers with 2 No. holes in Danger Plate for Fixing as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(20) Pipe type Earthing Equipment Set consisting of 32 mm dia. 3050 mm long heavy duty perforated 'C' Class G.I. Pipe, 50 mm x 6 mm size & 4750 mm long Galvanized Steel Flat, 2 No. 12 mm x 40 mm size G.I. Bolts - Nuts - Spring Washers etc. as per Technical Specifications & Sample.
(21) Transportation of new Tower Parts, Gantry Structures, ACSR Panther Conductors, 7/10 SWG Earth Wire, Disc Insulators / Polymer Insulator Strings, Hardware Fittings etc. from Storage Place at the designated Sub Stations to Line Site, Line Site to Line Site as per direction of the Supervising Engineer including Loading, Unloading & Stacking etc. (Total Weight of Materials is Approx. 19 MT)
(22) Erection of Super Structures of 132KV Towers (at Sl. No.1), their Extensions wherever Required including all Work above Ground Level with Proper Fixing & Tightening of all Tower Parts including Fitting of Danger Plate, Phase Plate, Number Plate, Bird Guard etc. but excluding the Hoisting of Insulators, Fixing of Hardware Fittings, Conductor / Earth Wire Fittings / Accessories etc.
(23) Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping of 7/10 SWG Earth Wire including Fixing of Tension Fittings, Suspension Fittings, Vibration Dampers etc. between Section Towers and Section Tower to Gantry.
(24) Laying, Stringing, Tensioning, Clamping of ACSR Panther Conductor in all the 3 Phases including Hoisting of Tension / Suspension Insulator Strings, Double / Single Tension Fittings, Single Suspension Fittings, Vibration Dampers etc. between Section Towers and Section Tower to Gantry.
(25) Tack Welding of all the Bolts - Nuts upto 2nd Section of the Towers & upto 5 Meter height of Gantries from Ground Level with 3 Tacks of 10 mm thickness & finally, applying of Zinc Rich Aluminium Paint on the affected surface.
(26) Earthing Work including Earth Work etc. for Pipe type Earthing of Section Towers / Gantries including Cost of Coke, Salt etc. but Excluding Cost of Pipe type Earthing Equipment Set.
(27) Replacement of Tower Parts in Place of Missing ones after Fabrication of Tower Parts as per Sample from ‘Off’ size G.I. Angles with due Cutting, Drilling etc. and then, Fixing the same at Required Places at different Tower Locations of the Line with proper Tightening, Welding & Chamfering etc. as per Technical Specification including Transportation of 'Off' size Tower Parts from Storage Place to Line Site and Back the Unutilized Materials to the Stores.
(28) Cutting of various type of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc. Falling in the Corridor (Approx. 26 Meter Wide) of the Line having Girth between 0.5 - 2 Meters to Provide the Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meters between the Trees & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Line, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any Damage to Nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing Nearby, Crops, other Nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Cutting of the Trees as per Details below : (a) 0.5 - 1.0 Meter
(b) 1.0 - 2.0 Meter
(29) Lopping & Chopping of Branches of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc. Falling in the Corridor (Approx. 26 Meter Wide) of the Line to Provide the Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meters between the Trees & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Line, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any Damage to Nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing Nearby, Crops, other Nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Lopping / Chopping of the Trees.
