Providing, Supplying and Placing in position of modular Filing Storage (Steel Almirah with Glass Doors) having following Specifications :- Size :- 900mm (L) x 450mm (D) x 1830mm (H) excluding the leveller height Colour & Finishing :- Munshel Grey & Smoke Grey / Finished with Epoxy Polyester Powder Coating to the thickness of 50-60 microns (± 5 micron). Connections :- CO² Welded Material and Other Details :- Mild Steel - Body made out in 22 Gauge (0.8mm) and Door 20 Gauge (1mm) CRCA Sheet. 4 adjustable shelve in 22 gauge (0.8mm) & Pedestal 18 gauge (1.2mm) CRCA Sheet having four shelves making five compartments fitted with MS body lock & handle with 2 numbers of glass (4mm thick clear toughened glass) door shutters. These components shall be made of CRCA 'D' grade high yield strength as per IS:513 & IS:304 grade. The glass door storwel shall have a brass handle and a 2 way locking mechanism with shooting bolt. Providing, Supplying and Placing in position of Knockdown storage cabinet (Almirah) having following Specifications :- Size :- 900mm (L) x 450mm (D) x 1950mm (H) excluding the leveller height Colour & Finishing :- Munshel Grey & Smoke Grey / White / Finished with Epoxy Polyester Powder Coating with a dry film thickness of 60-80 microns (± 5 micron). Material and Other Details :- The sides and back shall be made from 0.6mm thick CRCA sheet of IS:513 grade CR2, while the shelves, top, bottom, doors and all other components shall be fabricated from 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet of IS:513 Frade CR2. The cutting and notching of panels shall be carried out using precision sheet laser cutting machines and the bending of the panels shall be performed on fully automatic panel bender machines with auto loading and unloading systems to ensure accuracy in forming both large and small panels. The hinged doors shall be mounted onto the body with pivot pin-type hinges, incorporating a recess type handle cum lock made of plastic with three -way locking mechanism consists of shooting bolt system. Height wise 4 nos of adjustable shelves shall be adjustable at a pitch of one inch to suit storage requirements with a uniformly distributed load carrying capacity of 40 Kg per shelf.
