Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting chases in stone concrete block or slab walls, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps,cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.;and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good,cutting exceeding 20cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltr , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cement concrete in roof padding, roof kerbs or mud stops,back filling of chowkats, holdfasts,coping,bed plates,cills,benching rounded or chamfered on edges with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken floor etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Vitrified ceramic tiles coloured Light shade (sctratch and stain resistant tiles) 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floor,skirting etc set and jointed with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade,hardener ,resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

First quality Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade,hardener ,resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 laid over and inculding 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting , dado etc. over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 thick set and jointed with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of walls with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade,hardener ,resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Water proofing roof treatment using APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm with thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm over cleaned surface including parapet,applying a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg per square metre over priming coat torching over laps with a propane or butan gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side and 150 mm at the ends and sealing all as per manufacturers instructions incl wire brushing and cleaning the top surfaces of concrete, roof surfaces etc. with water including flashings and junction of parapets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bath room etc. By applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound coating of make as approved by GE:- (a) Roughening of surfaces of old concrete floor/slab by wire brushing, sweeping, cleaning and washing down to remove all loose dust etc, and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm on floor/roof surface (b) 15mm thick screed plaster on RCC slab in cement mortar 1:3 in and including using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement . (c) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488Kg/Sq.m. This followed layer will be allowed to air curing for 4 hrs. (d) Second layer of slurry of cement @0.242 Kg/Sq.m mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126kg/sq.m. this layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs followed with water curing 48 hrs.

600 x 600x 8-10 mm thick white roof temperature shield tiles on terraces, roofs, pavements, and sloped/vertical surfaces, set in neat cement slurry over a 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6). All joints to be filled using epoxy grout with spacers for uniformity,complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in patches exceeding 3 sqmtr each finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on stone masonary surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces or on one side of lathing in patches exceeding 3 sqmtr each upto 3rd storey building mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on surfaces other than fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in patches exceeding 3 sqmtr each upto 3rd storey building mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing comound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling/soffits of slabs/Chajja/ Sunshade finishing the plastered surface even & smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new external surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
