Monthly Monitoring of TR Units : To carry out the monitoring of CP Units (TRU of any Make & type) & Submission of Reports (as per IOAGPL format) and recommendations for any Preventive / Breakdown maintenance (if required), by NACE certfied CP Specialist / Expert having minimum CP Level-2 certification, The activity is to be performed as defined in the scope of work.

SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF NEW TEST STATION (WITH BEND & FOUNDATION)

Supply & Installation of new Test Station (all type) complete with Bend & including civil foundation work at site. The top-box shall house high quality backelite terminal plate with SS or Brass studs, bolts, nut, washers; hinged door with flushed panel lock with key, connection diagram , Name plate, pipeline chainage marking on TS , including all civil materials/ works, termination & connections, complete in all respects. Activities to be carried out as defined in the scope of work. Excavation, backfilling and restoration required for installation work shall be included.

SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF NEW TEST STATION (WITH OUT BEND & FOUNDATION)

Supply & Installation of new Test Station (all type) without Bend and Foundation. The top-box shall house high quality backelite terminal plate with SS or Brass studs, J-bolts, nut, washers; hinged door with flushed panel lock with key, connection diagram, name plate, pipeline chainag marking on TS , including all civil materials/ works, termination & connections, complete in all respects. Activities to be carried out as defined in the scope of work. The New TS shall be installed at the existing foundation where top-portion of the TS has been cut. Excavation, backfilling and restoration required for installation work shall be included.

SHIFTING & INSTALLATION OF EXISTING ALL TYPES OF TLP & ETC

Re-Installation of existing TLP after shifting the existing TLPs (all types) from its present location to a new location for better approachability including necessary cable laying but excluding cable to pipe connection with-in approximately 100 metere area. Necessary civil foundation, excavation, backfilling etc. included in the scope of work.

SUPPLY & FIXING DIAGRAM PLATES (DP)

Supply & Fixing of Printed circuit diagram plate (metallic) for various Type of Test Stations. Activity to be carried out as defined in the scope of work

SUPPLY & REPLACEMENT OF DOOR LOCKS IN TLP

Supply & replacement of damaged /missing locks in TLP including neoprene gasket, labor, consumables and tools & tackles etc. Complete in all respect as per scope of work, specifications and direction of EIC.

SUPPLY & REPLACEMENT OF DOORS IN TLP

Supply & replacement of damaged/missing doors in TLP including lock,neoprene gasket, diagram plate labor, consumables and tools & tackles etc. Complete in all respect as per scope of work, specifications and direction of EIC.

PAINTING OF TLP / AJB / CJB

Painting along with lettering of Chainage, TLP No, Type of TS, etc on TLP / AJB / CJB, Bonding TS/ Polarisation Cell Box etc. with Two Coats of Zinc based Primer and Two Coats of Epoxy Paint . Activities to be carried out as defined in the scope of work. Supply of all materials & consummables required to complete the Job shall be in the scope of the Contractor.

SUPPLY AND LAYING OF ARMOURED CABLE

Supply & laying of NETCO make Copper conductor XLPE Insulated and PVC sheathed, single core 1100 Volt grade, Armoured CP Cable with lSI mark. Work includes terminations, connections, crimping using tinned copper lugs. Activities to be carried out as defined in the scope of work. Excavating of cable trenches in all type of soil upto pipeline bottom to facilitate laying of all sizes of CP/ Electrical Cable, backfilling and final restoration to original surface. Supply and Laying of one layer of bricks, sand & polyethylene warning mat sheet in the cable trench etc.

SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF PERMANENT REFERENCE ELECTRODE Cu-CuSO4 with cable as per IOAGPL approved procedure including cable laying at existing or new location of pipeline, excavation, backfilling and connection Complete in all respect as per instruction of EIC.

SUPPLY & TOP UP COKE BREEZE

Supply & topping up of coke breeze in existing Deep well Anode bed

CABLE JOINTING :

Making Pipe to cable connection using Pin Brazing, Thermit Welding (where it is allowed) method for all size, its encapsulation and holiday detection test including excavation, backfilling and restoration etc. complete with supply of requisite material, Cable joint kit, consumable, equipment required for Pin Brazing as per defined in the scope of work.

Excavating of cable trenches in all type of soil upto pipeline bottom to facilitate laying of all sizes of CP/ Electrical Cable, backfilling and final restoration to original surface. Supply and Laying of one layer of bricks, sand & polyethylene warning mat sheet in the cable trench etc. complete in all respect as defined in the scope of work.

Normal Soil / Built Up Surface / Cable Trenches in Soil

ATTENDING BREAKDOWN CALLS FOR REPAIR & RECTIFICATION OF TR UNITS :

Attending breakdown calls for repair & rectification of TR Units of any make and making the units operational in all respect. The work includes carrying out necessary repair of control cards, supply of component level spares, complete with necessary man power tools, tackles etc excluding supply of control cards as per drawing, manual and as per instruction of EIC.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of grade M-25 and down grade crushed stone aggregate in all types of structures like foundations, pedestals, pedestal bases, pipe supports, sleepers, columns, equipments.
