Schedule of Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of 10MT capacity cold storage for preservation of vegetables and fruits at WBCADC Kalna -II , Gaighata & Deganga projects under RKVY Programme 2024-25 .

Supply of Refrigeration Unit complete with Air Cooled Condensing Units with Hermetic Reciprocating Compressor and Ceiling Mounted Evaporator for Chiller Room Refrigerant–R-404A Room Temp: (+)2°C to(+) 8°C , 6.2 KW IDU +3 HP ODU . (Supply including all materials Power cable , Control cable , Refrigeration Copper pipe with necessary support , Compressure oil, Compressure gas Temperature indicator cum micro processor based controller including all necessary support )(1 No. CDU & 1 No. IDU)(Make – DAIKIN/Carrier/ Blue Star)

Supply of 60mm Thickness CFC Free insulated PUF panels with density 40kg/M3+-2Kg Per M 3 & PPGI Sheet Thickness–0.4 mm Both Sides , Supply of Internal /External Flashing, U Profile to hold the Wall Panels Supply & Installation Materials for Panel Installation, like Revet, Screw, Full Threaded Rod , Liquid Puf, Sealent, Fast Nut, PVC Cap Etc Supply of 60mm Thick Flushed Door with Alum. Chequ. Sheet(B/S), Scin0.5PPGI, PUF Density45+-2Kg/M3, Size: 34" x 78" . 60mm Floor Panel Cyclopentane PUF Slab insulation with double vapour barrier system- both side tar-felt sheet & hard bitumin with PCC (Make – DAIKIN/Carrier/ Blue Star) .

Supply , Installation and testing Electrical Control panel Box in Chiller room including all associated materials.

Erection of Puf Panel, Puf Slabs, Ceiling, 01 No Door as per Annexure .

Supply of Centrifugal Fogging Humidifier with humidifier indicatore cum controller (Automatic) and water filtration system with prefilter (iron guard/iron remover) for the water source of humidifier. (Make – Idealin ).

Supply & Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Refrigeration Units including all associated items , Copper pipe , drain pipe indoor and outdoor units with bracket etc. as per direction of E.I.C. i

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinfiorcement , if any , in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety

Supplying , Fitting and fixing 18 mm to 22 mm thick kota stone slab set in 20 mm thick (avg) cement mortar (1:4) in floor ,stair and lobby including pointing in cement slurry with admixture of pigment matching the stone shade , including grinding and polishing as per direction of E.I.C. to match with the existing work [Slurry for bedding @ 4.4 kg/Sq. m and pointing @ 2.0 kg/Sq. m].

Supplying and fixing 63 Amp. 415V, TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating (Havells make)

Supplying & fixing 100 A 415V sheet metal (16 SWG) Iron Clad Busbar chambers (500 mmx150 mm) on angle iron frame on wall, incl. earthing attachment and painting as required as per direction of E.I.C. {Dimension of the 4 nos Copper bar ( 85 mm long x15 mm breadth x 3 mm thick )}.

Supplying and fixing MCB SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for two/four pole MCB,/Isolator concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment.

S & F one no 63A Four Pole MCB Isolator and 12 nos. 6 A -32 A SPMCB (‘C’ Curve, 10KA) as outgoing, oncealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment .(Havells make) , Enclosure (DHDPTHODRW04).

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make- Finolex/Havells/Polycab) in suitable size PVC casing-capping (Precision make) with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, incl. necy. fittings etc. to light/fan/call bell point with Modular type switch (Make : Legrand ) fixed on Modular GI / PVC switch board with top cover plate on wall incl. mending good damages to original finish. [PVC casingcapping and Switch board both on surface] ( Average run 6 mtr)

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make- Finolex/Havells/Polycab) in suitable size PVC casing-capping (Precision make) with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, incl. necy. fittings etc. with S & F 6A 5 pin Modular type plug socket and switch (Make : Legrand ) fixed on 4 Module GI / PVC switch board with 3/4 Module top cover plate on wall incl. necy. connection making earthing attachment, painting and mending good damages to building works [PVC casing-capping and plug box both on surface] On Board

Distribution wiring for group controlled (looped) in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (Ph. & N) and 1x22/0.3 as ECC (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make- Finolex/Havells/Polycab) in suitable size PVC casing-capping (Precision make) , incl. necy. fittings etc.,20 mm PVC 4 way junction box including cost of cutting and filling chases as required (As direction by E.I.C.) complete with all accessories to light point /fan point / exhaust fan point as per direction of EIC. ( Without independent switch etc.) ( Ave. run 2.50 mtrs. for each point ).

Supplying and Drawing of 1.1 KV grade single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire(Finolex/ Polycab/Havells) of the following sizes in PVC casing-capping incl. Supplying and fixing PVC casing-capping [Precision Make]on wall or ceiling, incl. necy. PVC fittings etc. and mending good damages to building works as required.

i) 4x126/0.4 (16 sqmm) + 2x80/0.4 (10 sqmm) as ECC in 2x (25x10 mm. size PVC casing capping ) , (From Main Switch to busbar and Busbar to HTPN )

ii) 4x84/0.3 (6 sqmm) + 2x56/0.3 (4 sqmm) as ECC in 1x (25x10 mm. size PVC casing capping ),(From Busbar to 4 way MCB DB)

ii) 2x36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) as ECC (25x10 mm. size PVC casing capping ) ( from HTPN to DP MCB and 15 A power plug )

iv) 3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm)( in 25x10 mm. size PVC casing capping ) (For 5 A power plug )

Finishing of the PVC insulated copper wire ends by Socketing with PIN /Ring type copper sockets and insulated types etc. Including supplying sockets, tapes.

Supply & Delivery of following sizes 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated armoured Aluminium cables (Finolex/ Polycab/Havells ) as required as per direction of E.I.C.). i) 4 core 16 sq. mm. cable

Supplying , Laying & Erection of following sizes 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated unarmoured Aluminium cables (Finolex/ Polycab/Havells ).including supply and erection with No. 6 SWG GI (Hot Dip) continuous earth wire with Galv. (Hot Dip) earth clamp (From pole to pole and fittings as per direction of E.I.C.). i) 2 core 6 sq. mm. cable

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : i) 4 core 16 sq. mm. cable

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :

i) 4 core 16 sq. mm. cable

ii) 2 core 6 sq. mm. cable

Supplying of Swaged Steel Tubular pole 6 Mtr. Long , 4 SWG , 54 Kg. with supplying and fixing of M.S. sole plate (450 x 450 x 6m)at the bottom of the pole and G.I. Pole Cap for suitable size for carrying 4 core 16 sq. mm cable and earth wire complete with Galv. clamp for stay, insulators etc., as per direction of EIC.

Supplying & Erection of Galv. ‘D’ iron complete with suitable pole clamp 100mmx114mm porcelain shackle insulator & 19 mm dia Galv. bolts & nuts. incl. painting.

Erection of single steel tubular pole up to 9m length with/ without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (4:2:1) dimension 0.6x0.6x1.70 mts having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1)base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts.above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.

Supplying & Fixing 40 mm dia 3.20 metre long (incl. bends) ‘L‘ Type service bracket on wall for carrying 4 core 16 sq. mm cable and earth wire complete with Galv. clamp for stay, insulators etc., 7/14 SWG stranded Galv. (Hot Dip) wire for stay with 230x13 mm dia straining serews, 75x88 mm porcelain shackle insulators with Galv. (Hot Dip) strips etc. and painting .

Supply fixing and testing false ceiling light 15 watt round LED (Philips /Wipro / Crompton) surface down lighter fitting , with IP 65 protection cool day light with associated items as per direction of EIC including three years warranty .

Supply and delivery of TMC 501 Conventional industrial batten (Philips/ Crompton)single LED fitting model no. : TMC 501 P 1 xT- LED 22 watt P3241 with 1 no. MAS LED tube 1200 mm 18 W 865 T8 I- 2100 Im including necessary connection . (Warranty should not be less than 02 years) (HSN Code - 9405)

Fixing only fluorscent light fitting complete with all accessories Directly on wall/ceiling with HW block and suitable size MS fastener, Ceiling plate, nipples etc. as required.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 2 nos 5A/10 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Legrand/ Equivalent to Legrand) with 2nos 5A/10A Modular type switch, without plug top on 6 Module GI Modular type switch board with 6 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 16 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Legrand/ Equivalent to Legrand) with 16A Modular type switch, without plug top on 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire.

Supplying & Fixing 2 Module GI Modular Switch Board after cutting the brick wall incl. making earthing attachment, painting and mending good damages to building works (If neccy.)

Supply & Fixing 240 V 16 A Modular type switch (Legrand/ Equivalent to Legrand) on existing GI Modular type switch board having top cover plate and making necessary connections as required .

S/F single arm projected lamp bracket (Single pipe bending ) of 50cm (2") dia G.I. pipe (ISI medium) 3.65 mm thick of 2.1 mtr (6’ approx) long having 105 degree curvature with reducing socket to be fitted at the top of the pole with bolts, nuts, clamps etc. as required for fixing with the pole and providing distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade, 3x1.5 sq. mm. single core stranded 'FRLS-H' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire ((Finolex/ Polycab/ Havells)) in a flexible pipe from junction box to light fiting through ‘L’ bracket (without control switch) including making connections & painting as per direction of EIC.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming For Soft Soil .

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level by TATA-Medium GI pipe.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of Solid GI wire (Stronger than 4 SWG GI wire) on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode.

S & F Sintex make Loop box including 4 connector terminal and 1 no. Kitkat fuse as per direction of EIC
