Dewatering and cleaning of septik tank/soakwell/soak pits /manhole etc incl removing sludge ,waste material by means of motorised suction machine and disposing off the waste out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewage line upto 100mm dia pipe PVC/SWG over or under ground and removing sewage by rodding using bamboo or by machanical means from WC to first manhole ,nahani traps to gully traps,gully traps to manhole together with vertical stecks pipes (where reqd ) Cleaning eye to gully traps and taking out all debris,or any solid materials from sewage line and removing the debris from site and flushing with water man hole to manhole and testing after cleaning complete for pipe lines complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no. 2.00 above, but above 100 mm dia and Upto 150 mm dia pipe PVC/SWG complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked/filled WC, GT, NT any type and cleaning of freezed water if any and accumalated sludge by heating method with blow lamps or any other method and rodding the cast iron pipe 75 mm bore and 150 mm bore SWG/PVC/CI pipe Upto first manhole without damaging the WC and Pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for Pre-Cast cement concrete block masonary type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) with solid block exc 10cm in width and set in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in cement mortar 1:6 brought to course, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, laid dry in retaining walls, abutments and similar work brought to course complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs , floors ( other than ground floors ), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair precast cement concrete (type B 1 1:2:4 Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use & waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete rail ings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizon tal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 6 mm dia to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous China Squatting pan 'Orrisa' pattern size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest, and jointing to PVC/CI bend and flush pipe complete including making good to floorcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Vitreous China wash down pedestal pattern EWC, white and plastic water closet pan and trap including connection to drain and to flushing pipe antisyphonage pipe etc, jointing to PVC/CI and flush pipe including making good to floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness un-reinforced (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregete) as in floor, drain honching , benching , coping and etc similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (type B-1 1:2:4 20mm graded aggregate) as in floor or similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick sreed bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair for PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern 10 lts capacity, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed stone water or AC) of any dia set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors bore of pipe 110 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair for PVC (SWR) bend 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of 500 ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top, two layers) with plastic lid cover, triple layer, hoisted and fixed in position as specified in SSR Part-I including dismantalling of old tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 31.00 here-in-before but capactity of 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Credit Note:- The accepted amount will arrived after deducting the sch of credit i.e. 26,750.00 as tender page number 27.
