REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD, FOOTPATH AND ROAD FURNITURE OF CERTAIN UNIT AT MISA CAMP UNDER GE (S) TEZPUR

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminious macadam surfaces in areas not exc 400 sqm, depth exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm

M & L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse agg (granite trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled with 8 to 10 ton power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

Preparation unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clean surfaces with gunny bags to removing all loose dirt, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion RS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate o application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for permix bituminous, macadam 50mm thick laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 4% by weight of total mix binder content of paving bituman any penetration)

M&L for preparation of old black bituminous top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete in all respect as specified & directed

Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion RS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate o application of 0. 2- 0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of Paving bitumen content by wieght of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete and rolled with mechanical paver of power exc 8 ton n exc 12 ton

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stoplines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective/imformatory Cautionary /warning sign boards of any size and shape as directed with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet,face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S.angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
