Raising and Strengthening with slope protection work by providing launching and packing of Nagar Saline Embankment from RD 6.600 km to 9.985 km

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of approved soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts including loading into the transportation vehicles and unloading from transported vehicles and depositing the same on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm including spreading and compaction of earth ncluding mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries and all articles and incidental charges required for the completion of work, complete in all respect including cost of royalty with labour cess as per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement shall be taken on finished compacted section .Borrow area is to be arranged by the agency at his cost and responsibility)

Collecting & supplying good quality laterite moorum from approved quarry and stacking at work site in regular box heap size (1.50mx1.50mx0.50m) to be measured as 1.0cum and spreading the same on the top of the metalled surface not exceeding 100mm thick including watering & consolidation with PRR to the required density in OMC with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess etc. including hire and running charges of machineries etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Fine dressing of earth work in slopes including filling of raincuts and slopes with suitable earth duly compacted and trimmes to the required profile and turfing the surface and slope of the embankment with compacted dub grass sods 8 cm to 10 cm with 4 extra lead and one extra lift over initial lead and initial lift including laying and trimming to form a level and compacted including carriage of fur, ramming and watering till alive the turf etc. complete as per specifications and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken after survival of grass).

Non-woven Geo textile as per MoRTH 700 Type-1, made of 100% polypropylene having weight of 270 GSM having minimum puncture resistance of 2.38kN, Trapezoidal Tear strength of minimum 375N, Grab Tensile strength of minimum 900 N, Apparent opening size of minimum 180 micron, with water flow capacity of minimum 3.6Kilo Liter/Sqm/min etc. complete as per the drawing, design & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Installation of Gabion boxes / mattress made out of hexagonal woven wire mesh type zinc wire with PVC coated gabion boxes of size such as (2.00m x 0.50m x 1.00m) as per requirement at site filled with hard granite stones of size not less than 0.0025 cum and compacting the stones inside gabion boxes with minimum voids and tying, stitching with lacing wire and heavily galvanized steel rings of 3mm dia having tensile strength of 40KN/m and punch strength 19KN with a spacing of rings @200mm c/c and placing in position with help of cranes and by other mechanical means with all cost of materials, conveyance, cess etc. complete as per drawing, design & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished level section)

Quarrying, Collecting, supplying blasted hard granite stone boulder of at least 30 cm and above size and 0.0025 cum in volume from approved quarry (other than laterite, sand stone) dumping the stones in rip raps, spur, and slope protection works including surface packing in all heights and depths including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and packing surface to proper line levels including fixing wave breakers with all cost, conveyance, labour, royalty, cess of all materials of approved quality with all leads, lifts, delifts including dumping in water, hire charges of boat with boatman and, lunch with driver and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement to be taken in level section & 1/6th voids will be deducted from the finished level section and payment will be made to the quantity so arrived between the stack measurement and level section after deduction of 1/6th voids, which ever is less)

Removing old revetments and aprons and stacked at site for premeasurement and repacking the same old stones with all leads and delifts and labour welfare cess etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in excavation of foundation in slushy soil ( in water upto 0.60 m depth ) by manual means with all leads, lifts and delifts including dressing and levelling the bed & including shoring, shuttering, propping bullahs, dewatering, if required and stacking the excavated earth away from the work site with all leads, lifts and delifts including labour cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
