Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete exeluding cost of from workin: Foundation and Plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand :8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) On curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5sand: 3 graded crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.10 mm thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete using M-25 design mix not lacner than 1 : 1½ : 3 mix. ( 1 cement : 1½ : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.10 mm thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floor roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto two level all floor level in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entiresatisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing in RCC work Smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement motor 1:3 (1cement;3sand) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work of steel shuttering with steel plat as 3.15 mm thich welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to fair finish including centring, shuttering floor two seiling not exceeding 4.00 mtrs. And removal of the same for insiturein forced conerete and plain concrete work in:-

In flat surfaces with steel plates such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto all thickness in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finsih including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. heightof propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Arches upto 6 mts span.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- Column. Pillar, Posts, struts, square, upto floor two level as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lifts.

Providing, Laying of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paintin grating, framed guard bars ladders, railing brackedts and similar works as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing SFRC manhole cover & with frame conforming to IS:12593-1988, Part-I and IS: 12592-191, Part-II 500 mm diameter with latest amendments, medium duty.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of light grade screwed and socketed complete including providing and fixing tube fitting such as union, tees, socket etc (excluding cost of bends and valves) for outlets pipe scour pipe and over flow pipe for the following dia as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrets flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement (40 mm thick) as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick /stone /concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level I/c arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar1:4 (1 cement :4 sand)including curing complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction fo Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

6mm Cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement :3 sand)including curing complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge upto all lead and lift.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

Applying Two coat of wood preservative on new wood based surface after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oli. grease dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and I/c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease,dirt and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Painting two coat (excluding Priming coat )on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade I/c cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with while enamel paint as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dust and other foreign matter as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (one coat) with oil bond washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of requaired shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with alkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortor dropping and other forign matter and also including preparing the surface even and smooth complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 40x3 mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia meters bolts and nuts and wooden plug and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm (1:3:6) (1 Cement :3 Sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Following anodyzed aluminium fitting of anodized transparent and shade with necessary screw etc. Complete.
