Reinforced cement concrete work in wall of 1:1.5:3(1 cement:1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size derived from natural resources including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying polished vitrified floor tiles size of Tile 60x60 cm with water absorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) : Anodised aluminium (anodised transparentor dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc.with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc.complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge : Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing Brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer having brand logo with ISI, IS:3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35kg and door width upto 700mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. Complete

Providing and Fixing tiled false ceiling of GI metal ceiling lay in plain regular edge global white color tiles of size of 595x595mm and 0.5mm thick in 8 mm drop, made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyster powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanised @120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center and center and cross "T" of size 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm center and center to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size of 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at the middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size of 24x24x0.3mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along Main T, bottom exposed width of 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyster paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade with New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre of approved manufaturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour with New work (one or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coal with cement primer having VOC Content less than 50 gram/litre

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete : Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and Fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT) thick Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
