Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge in all kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering at all levels as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement at all levels as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all leads and lift with Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common Fly ash bricks of class of approved quality designation 7.5 in at all levels and lift as per directions of Engineer- in-charge in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Supplying and fixing MS door shutter made of 1.6mm thick MS sheet with MS Angles and flats as required including supply, fabrication and erection of required size including a coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade as per drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing standard steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators in walls, including fixing of float glass panes(4mm thick) with glazing clips and special metal sashputty of approved make, or metal beading with screws, fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, and framed work like purlins, frames, trusses etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of approved steel primer all complete.
