SCHEDULE `A' ( CIVIL WORK) Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ verticle surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.and prepare the surface to receive tiles including applying 3Kg/Sqm cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing mud roof treatment complete of any description and taking down existing tarfelt including tiles, lime concrete and screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 500 mtr and not exc. 1000 meter, cleaning the surface by wire brushing to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or cmamfered on edges complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement for receiving treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.4 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.) (iv) Treatment shall be done by authorise applicator of the firm (v) Cutting groove in brick wall 75 mm wide & 65 mm deep and sloping horizontal face of groves with cement mortar 1:3 (vi) APP water proofing work shall be carried out through from authorized applicator of manufacturer and approved by GE in writing.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructionscomplete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling , in cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of ceiling including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of colour wash on old decorated surfaces of walls including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4 sqm each etc including removing material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pressed steel framed for door with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates, size of frame 125 X 60 mm, 1.6 mm thickness of sheet, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made, plain, framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rails and panel of 9mm BWP comercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with comercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS-1003 Part-I klin seasoned and chamicaly pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood gauged and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to received gauge etc (without sash bars) for fly proof door shutter, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut of any mitred beads for securing gauge etc, size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause No.8.23(a) and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed of 100 mm long size, mild steel butt hinges medium weight cold rolled complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 150 mm size Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 150 mm size aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs 250 mm long Aluminium alloy. Anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple ( bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet , cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair factory made steel window with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handles, and steel peg stay, fixing lugs complete with glazing bar devetailed or welded including one shop coat of red oxide primer compete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of untreated new wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, (1 st quality) with a coat of pink primer all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 3 mm thick (nominal) Sheet glass, ordinary quality , in squares, not exceeding 0.50 sqm each each pane fixed with oil putty complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.
