Taking down unsv pin type insulator and providing new pin type, porcelain vitreous white brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindles, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut 100mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 Volt grade complete all as specified. Make BHEL/Pactil/Rastriya/Jaipuria.

M&L for replacement of shackle type porcelain, vitreous white brown or insulator working under 1100 volts grade , pressure of height 75 mm & 90mm dia insulators, dia of bolt 12mm , section of straps 31 x 3mm, washers, nuts complete all as specified & directed. Make Pactil/BHEL/Rastriya//Jaipuria.

Taking down U/S stay assy and M&L for stay assy comprising of MS stay plate of size 23cmx23cmx6mm thick, stay rod with nuts 215cm ling 20mm dia , MS/GI stay bow 40cm lingh with 2 Nos GI thimbles, galvanized stay wire standard size 7/4mm of suitable length, loop insulation size 65x90mm clearance of hole 16mm & other accessories including excavation earth work & PCC work complete all as per SSR Pt-1 plate No-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : MS clamps will be measured & paid separately in respected items.

M&L for cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, undergrowth, roots and trees up to 50 cm girth from the area surrounding of E/M installations, under HT&LT over head lines, 4/2 pole structures, transforemer, installations, yards, surrounding valve chamers and removing the rubbish upto a distance 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area under clearance and dressing the area etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down rusted/unsv mild steel work and M&L for mild steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of cradles, hexagonal/ rectangular fabricated with galvanised steel wire of size 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L in repalcement of existing any type or any size aluminium conductor, steel reinforced including binding wire and jumper connect with PG clamp made out of aluminium alloy accodring to IS-617 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches/post holes in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of pipes and for poles/stay and struts not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand river for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment)

Supply and laying brick protection cable cover using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat adjacent to each other across the length of cable laid dry complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for overhauling to indoor type LT panel/feeder pillar box of any size/ make including insulating to bus bars with shrinkable PVC sleeves of colours red, yellow, blue and black replacement of worn out / us cables as per existing gauge, door rubber beedings, nuts, bolts washers, hinges, thimbles, lugs, cable glands & welding work etc making functional to the system and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engr-in-charge.Note:- Spares required for replacement will be measured & paid separately under respective items.

M&L for painting to indoor/outdoor type LT panel/FP box of size not more than 1.8 m height internally as well as external surfaces complete with two coats of synthetic enameled paint of approved quality including preparation of old surfaces, writing of bus bars & outgoing /incoming locations with white paint gridth upto 2” (50mm) complete all as specified & as directed at site by Engr-in-charge.

M & L in repair sub main wiring with 2 single core, 6 Sq. mm, PVC insulated unsheathed, Multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade incl 6 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FR as continuous earth wire drawn through in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit or PVC flexible sleeves connecting with copper lugs to common earth terminals complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Two run of copper cable and one run of earth wire including conduit /PVC Casing/capping shall be measured as one length.

S&F in repair power Contactor 3 Phase with AC coil 32 Amp, CN432 T01 type make Havells Cat part No. IHPAA032401 including making all connections complete all as specified.

Note : (i) Panel shall be got fabricated from CPRI approved and company manufaturer only and depth of panel not less than 50CM. (ii) Disconnecting all incoming and outgoing UG cables from existing panel and again connecting the same in new panel including excavating "Loop cables" are deemed be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Repairing/ Maint of LT over head lines and routine maintenance of electric supply/ current leakage / Under ground LT cables, servey for vegitation grought over and around of LT OH lines, Repair / Maintenance of LT feeder piller boxes , incl MCCBs / Timer switch , protection devices . electrical accessories in day to day maintenance and making it serviceable in all respect with all replacement of any major part but including small length of wires (not more than 50cm) adhesive cable and other connected major accessories. Work shall also include to check & removal of Vegitetion etc .

Note:- (a) Contractors representative incl 01 x Electrician and 01x Mazdoor will report to Engr-in-charge/ JE E/M ( Ext Elect) daily at forenoon and afternoon to collect routine/urgent works related to Ext Elecctric supply till completion of contract. The work shall be attended by the contractor immediately. The contractor will ensure availability of manpower equipped with all sort of petty items such as insulation tape, Jumpers , insulators , nuts, bolts, washers etc required to accomplish the job. The contractor will also ensure as availability of every type of requiste T&P and Mobile phone to his trades man. All routine/urgent jobs recived on job slip will be repaired & got signature of user's and will be deposited to JE E/M with in 24hrs. In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 12hrs after handing over of routine/urgent works, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty as described in penalty caluse given here as under.

Supply and spreading graded coarse aggregate of size 20 mm at electrical outdoor installation yard 11KV Substations/ Near DP structures etc including leveling of uneven surface, removing vegetation, grass etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
