Earthwork/excavation of trench by mechanical means (by hydraulic excavator for drainage pipes, cables, shaft wells etc. and disposal of excavated earth(all kinds of soil) as per directions of incharge engineer. 10.5ft ×9.5ft ×8ft = 798cft. = 22.29cum Deduct 1.3cum on account of volume of pipe.

Repairing of 780mm NB M.S. rising main/delivery pipe at RD 0-500m by way of required mechanical operations viz., cutting, beveling, welding, grinding etc. The welding is to be carried out by mobile welding set which includes tata mobile, welding set, DG set, and superior quality electrodes of make Adore/ Advani/ Essab, skilled workers. The welding to be carried out in two layer beads with required electrodes neatly, smoothly and with zero porosity, includes removing of abrasive material and finishing of welding spots. The welding is to be carried out at various spots of approx. length 600cm at site. Before welding the window of required size is to be cut by required tool for carrying out the welding process. The job includes successful hydrostatic testing of pipe complete. All tools and tackles shall be arranged by the firm for smooth completion of the job.

Providing and fitting of Nut bolts of dia 16mm and length 200mm complete.

Providing and fitting of R.I. cloth of size 1m ×1m ×4mm.

Back filling/refilling of the excavated earth to the trench complete includes consolidation by manual/hand rammer in layers, watering etc.
