Note for item No 12 to 15 :- (i) The old/ New surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour and T&P required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii) All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv) after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v) Before commencing the work, contractor will got the written approval from GE/ AGE (I) for the make and colour / shade (tint). (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation of new wood or wooden base surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wood and wooden based material of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like bedded over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl dismantling of existing old tile complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE(I)

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire axmoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with alumimnium conductor, 1100 volts, grade crosws sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core incl earth work, sand cushioning, brick or PCC covering, light grade GI tubing where necessary and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable/foundation/for poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches as cushioning to underground cable on top and bottom of cable all as specified (measurement to be taken after punning down).

Supplying, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 40 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / pole post /under culvert/ under road etc. for cable protection complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & Fixing of Exhaust Fan of 300mm Sweep, Steel body AC Single phase, complete with blades, frame and louvers and including three core flexible PVC copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose/ connector to Exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Water heater storage type water heater (Geyser) capacity 25 litres.BEE 5 star rated including grouting the nut bolts - 04 Nos,PVC Connection Pipe - 02 Nos,Chromium plated Stop Cock 15mm - 02 Nos, bib tap- 01 Nos and necesssary GI pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing wire to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
